The lady I was sitting next to starts tapping my shoulder. "The plane landed you need to wake up." She says in an annoyed voice. "Thank you." I say getting up. I get my luggage, and call an Uber to drive me to my apartment cause my car wasn't here yet. It had been about an eight hour flight, so it was about 8 pm in the uk.
I got all of my boxes and bags into my apartment and sat on the couch for the first time. I took a deep breath, all the stress from my parents, everything, I could just let go. I can finally make my own life. I finally felt happy.
Suddenly I heard a knock on my door. it must be one of my neighbors I thought as I walked over to answer.
I opened the door to see a tall, brunette man. "Hello, im will." He says holding out his hand for me to shake it. "Im your neighbor." I shook his hand and I let him step inside. "Nice to meet you will! Im y/n, I moved here from Vermont."
"OH COOL! Id be happy to show you around here sometime of you would like." He says smiling at me. I smiled back. "That would be really helpful if its not too much trouble."
"Oh its totally fine. If you need anything im right next door." He says. "Thank you so much will."
"Would tomorrow be alright?" He asks. "I mean I can show you the city."
"Of course, what time would work for you?" I reply. "How about 2 pm? That way you can get some rest from your flight."
"That sounds perfect, I'll see you then." I say. After we both say our goodbyes will leaves my apartment. Im really glad that he stopped by. At least I had someone who could show me around. I decide that I should order some food seeing ass the last thing I hate where the chips that Donavan had given me before my flight. I decide to order Chinese.
When I finished eating I unpacked a few things and called it a night around midnight. I was super tired from the flight and needed to rest so I could be ready to see will tomorrow. I set my alarm for 12 and fell asleep.
The next morning
I woke up to the sound of my alarm blasting in my ears. I shut it off and spent the next 10 minutes watching TikToks, than I finally got up to take a shower. After I showered I did my hair and makeup and changed into this:

I finished getting ready and decided to skip ordering breakfast and head to wills at 2. I knocked on his door and he immediately answered. He was dressed in a sweater, glasses, black pants and vans. He looked really nice. "Hi will, its nice to see you." I say smiling up at him. "Nice to see you too y/n, come inside." He says gesturing for me to come inside. I step in his apartment. It was actually really nice. "I can show You around." He says. "Sure." I say as he leads me around his apartment. When we are almost done he shows me the last room, it was his office. He had a huge monitor and pc, a big ass microphone, and two toy guns on his desk.
"This is sick, do you stream or something?" I ask. "Yeah I do actually." He replies scratching the back of his neck. "Oh thats so cool! I do too." I replied. I was super excited to meet someone else who streamed. "Holy shit, THATS SO COOL. Maybe we could stream together sometime." He says looking way more comfortable them he did when I first asked if he streamed. "Id love that."
When we finished the tour of his apartment we left to go see the city.
