After me and Newt got out of the forest from that...business I had to deal with I can't help it he was the only thing I could not get out of my head.

Did I have feelings for him no I can't, I shouldn't, I wouldn't, do I, I do.

I like Newt. Oh where was I, ya we got out of the forest and Alby wanted a meeting so we all met in the west building. This was going to get ugly.

"Ok, I've gathered all you here because of this girl the creators sent to us", he said looking at me.

"She hasn't got a job yet,  so any suggestions". I could not believe that he was talking about me like this when I'm in the room.

"I say we kill the b****", said Gally. I put an angry look on my face.

There was others like " throw her in the slammer" or "just leave her be".

"QUIET YOU SHANKS!!!", yelled Alby,"we're not going to kill her ok, we just have to find her a job".

"If I'm being honest she was NOT good at ANY of them", said Jeff. I just rolled my eyes.

"She was really good at running though", said Minho,"she even beat my shucking score!!".

"Ya but we can't make her a runner", said Chuck. I was starting to get a bit sick if this, I really wanted to say something.

"She is also good with her bow and arrow", said one guy in the crowd. Ok it was time I say SOMETHING!!!

"Let her be a garde-", said Newt, but I cut him off.

"OK LISTEN UP IDIOTS", I started and all eyes were on me,"you talk about me and I don't want to be here to listen". I headed for the door but turned around one more time.

"Oh and Gally if said this once I'll say it again, YOU ARE AN A******", I turned around and slammed the door behind me. I ran and went to my usual spot. And I cried I hated this place so much I wish I could find my family. If I had one.

I heard someone come behind me. I whipped my tears and turned to see Newt and Chuck.

"Are you ok Ashley", asked Chuck a bit worried.

"I want to get out of here so badly", I said,"how can you stand this place".

"Oh, Ashley at first I admit that I hated this and I was terrified", said Chuck sitting next to me " I kluncked my pants more times than you did ", he said and facepalmed hisself. I chuckled.

"Hey Chuckie, you should go back to the glade and maybe help the others", said as he sat next to me. As Chuck left it was just me and him.

"You know you don't have to stay here", I said in a low voice breaking the silence. He just stared at me. And I stared at him. This last like for 3 minutes. Then i looked away with a little smirk on my face. I said little!!!

"I did hate this place way more than you did right now", he said a bit close to my ear.

"Did you not just hear me curse and piss Gally off", I said now facing him.

"I tried to kill myself".

"Oh ...ya a lot worse", I said still in a low voice.

"Ya but at  least I listened to Alby". He said a bit louder.

"You expect me just stand there and listen to those jerks talk about me like that", I said now getting a bit mad.

"I know it wasn't right bu-", he started but I cut him off.

"You knew it wasn't right...are you fucking deaf or something, I want to get out of this place and live a real life not in this hell", I said in his face.

"HEY LOOK I'M NOT THE ONE WHO SENT US TO THIS BLOODY PLACE!!!"

I just looked at him. Then I hugged him. I don't know the hell why I did that but no one has hugged me since I got here and I need one. He also hugged me.

"I want to go to my family if I have one", I said while hugging him.

"Me too", he whispered,"we will ", he said pulling me away and looking me in the eye.

" Promise ",I said making sure.

" Promise",he said smiling. I smiled back. He was so nice to me.Why?
