"W-what?" He asked pupils dilated.
"What if I told you, I wanted to be more than your fake girlfriend? What if I wanted to be your real girlfriend?" I ask, looking down at the forest green bedsheets.
"No," He said, making my heart drop to my feet.
"Why not? Me being your fake girlfriend is us dating except we're telling ourselves we're not." I pointed out, looking up at him.
"I'm not good for you. That light you have in your eyes would go out every time I got near you. We'd be toxic," He said, looking at the door.
"What if I don't give a fuck?" I ask, grabbing his hand to claim his attention.
"Tay-" I cut him off, leaning across the bed to reach him, I press my lips to his, savoring every moment. For a moment, it was like kissing a statue, he didn't move. I began to pull away, but he gripped the nape of my neck and smashed his lips onto mine, I moaned at the ferocity of the kiss, only making him kiss me harder.
Is this really happening? Am I seriously kissing Mattheo Riddle, not in public?
We pull away, panting slightly.
"Mattheo," I begin, "I love-" He cuts me off with a groan.
"No! Don't you dare say you love me." He said, getting off the bed.
"Why not?" I demanded, crossing my arms.
"Because I can't be loved, and I can't let you love me." He croaked, looking into my eyes.
I saw heartbreak.
I saw pain.
I saw something I couldn't quite identify.
"Why not?" I repeated.
"Because," He said, and turned around, breaking our eye contact. With a sigh, I get up and go over to him, ignoring his tensing up when I grab his arm, I turn him around, my hands on his shoulders. He slowly puts his hands on my waist.
"Mattheo," I whisper, leaning in.
"Tay, don't start something you can't finish," He whispered, his lips grazing my jaw, making me gasp.
"Mattheo," I moan, kissing his neck.
"Yes?" He asked me smirking.
He knew the shit he was doing to me.
"Are you gonna fuck me, or not?" I ask, biting his neck lightly. he groaned and leaned his head back, giving me better access.
"Don't be so desperate," He said, pulling my hands from his shoulders.
"You want me to be desperate and you know it," I growled, growing impatient. He chuckled and shook his head.
"Maybe," He allowed, "Maybe not," He grabbed my chin and pushed my face towards his, making sure we had eye contact.
"Give me a straight answer, jackass," I say, breathless, wanting more.
"Hm, are you sure you want my answer? You might not like it," He said, kissing my neck.
"Yes, yes, just tell me," I said, losing patience. He chuckled and pulled away from me.
"Hm, no patience I see, we'll have to change that, won't we?" He asked, winking and leaving where I was entirely.
"What do you mean?" I ask, crossing my arms for the 3rd time that evening.
"I mean, you'll have to wait. Now, we have to go to lunch." He opened the door and held it, signaling for me to get up and join him. I roll my eyes and flop off his bed, too lazy to actually move my muscles to get up.
"Fine," I groan, grabbing his hand on my way out of his dorm, pulling him with me.
"You seriously were too lazy to actually get up?" He laughed as I shrugged.
"Sometimes I lose all motivation to move, even though I want the reward of moving," I say, still pulling him along.
"You're crazy," He said, shaking his head with laughter.
"Wrong, we just discussed this, Theo. I'm lazy." I corrected, walking through the doors of the great hall.
"That too," He said, following me.
