I was keeping all the documents in the files for the meeting which is after thirty minutes when I received a text from my best friend Song Yi.

I don't know what will happen to me if my best friend won't be beside me. I always need to remind things as my memory is not strong.

After shaking my head at my own stupidity I saw the time and shit! The meeting will start in 10 minutes and I have to keep coffee and file on the tables. I hurried to the cafeteria and made 15 cups of coffee and kept it in the meeting room. Everyone started coming so I took out the pen drive and plugged in the computer. Mike handles projection things and all I do is sit beside my boss and note something if important.

After few minutes of sitting in the meeting room, I really got bored as this Mr. Han guy is reading his contract thoroughly and explaining it to us. Boy, we can read it on our own but no he has to take our precious time. I looked beside me at my boss. He was trying hard to look interested.

UGH please god do something I can't bear this.

"Okay, thanks, Mr. Han we understood and seriously we are interested in your contract. So can we do the deal?" my boss interrupted Mr. Han in between. I bit my lower lip to control my laugh and I think I was succeeded.

"Seriously? Yeah sure let's do the deal." Mr. Han said, happiness dripping from his mouth.

Thank God for listening to me once.

When the meeting was finally over my boss went to his office.

I've to ask him. It's now or never.

I thought to myself and head to his office.

I knocked on the office door and went inside after hearing a small come-in.

"Hey Ms. Shin!" he said staring at me.

"Umm...uh...sir I've something I want to say."

"Okay go on!"

"Uhh, actually sir my g-grandmother lives in Busan all alone and is ill. She has no one to take care of her. I need your permission tha-" I was saying when he cut me off.

"Ah it's sad to hear, and yeah you have my permission," he said smiling.

"W-what?"

"I said you can go and take care of her. When are you leaving?"

"She said her doctor appointment is after 3 days but I want to leave tomorrow."

"Okay, Ms. Shin you can leave tomorrow. Do you want me to book your ticket?"

"No, it's okay sir. Thanks a lot, sir!" I said bowing at him.

"It's alright. You can go."

"Okay!" I sad and left his office.
