"she looked at him and smiled. genuinely smiled."

as they finished their coffee, ashton suggested he walked molly home. she agreed and they as the walked, their hands kept brushing against each other, until ashton finally linked them together.

she had talked to ashton more today than she'd ever talked in her life and he also enjoyed her company, which made it a positive for both of them.

they reached molly's flat quicker than they both would have liked, even though they'd taken a de-tour and travelled an extra 40 minutes just to be in eachother's company and when they got to the door, ashton turned to her.

"i had fun today, even though it started off sad in the morning." he smiled, looking down at the tiny yet beautiful girl.

"so did i, we should arrange another time to go out as we now have each others numbers." molly suggested. she was confused at how confient she was being, molly peters has never been confident in her life. her eyes kept flicking between ashton's own and his lips.

"we should. can i try something? stop me if you want." he said in a hushed tone. molly swallowed hard then nodded at him.

his face slowly edged its way to hers, eyes flickering closed. molly also closed her eyes, soon feeling ashton's lips on her own. the kiss wasn't rough or needy, it was soft and gentle. she wasn't going to lie, his lips felt amazing on hers and she mentally high-fived herself for kissing someone like ashton. his hand cupped her cheek as they pulled away from each other smiling.

"i'll text you." he said, breathlessly, even though they'd only be staring at each other for the last minute.

"i'll text you back." she said with a smile, turning on her heel and opening her door, before giving ashton another short kiss and closing the door.
