You've only been dating for a few months, both of you just starting to call each other the basics like 'babe' or 'baby'. maybe it's just a random weekday, both of you having some free time and so you decide to have a lil pool day at the hype house . just the two of you, everyone else doing there own thing around the house, maybe even gone out.
You're both lounging by the pool, tame playing in the background when Vinnie pulls his sunglasses on top of his head saying, "you hungry babe?"
Feeling too chilled to even move, you just respond with a nod and watch your hunk of a boyfriend walk back into the house to prepare some fruit, being that it's far too hot to have a proper meal. while Vin is in the kitchen you decide to get up and dip in the pool to cool off, waiting for him to come back with your snacks. hearing Vinnie call your name, turning to see him standing by the pool with that big cute of a smile on his face.
you swim to the edge to pull yourself up, walking over to Vin who's already sat down on his lounge chair munching on the fruit. seeing you walking over he looks up and grabs you by the hips to pull you between his legs, your arms resting on his broad shoulders. smiling up at you, he mumbles, "got your favourites- strawberries and blueberries" "mm thanks baby" you respond whilst moving to sit in your own lounge chair opposite, your knees touching.
a comfortable silence falls over the two of you, both munching down on the bowl of fruit. Soon, the fruit long gone, you're both just lounging, you've moved to lie in between Vinnie's legs and you're both talking about random things watching the sunset. feeling so content, you hear him sigh out, "i love you angel" mumbling against your hair. you can't help the big grin that takes over your face, turning around so you're facing him. "you've never called me that before" smiling shyly and pressing soft kissies to his cheek, feeling them move up as he smiles. "i like it" you say. you could cry with the way he's looking up at you, soft eyes and a small smile on his lips. "i love you too", you say, leaning down to nuzzle your noses together and finally pressing your lips to soft, plump ones. That's how your day ends, wrapped up in the arms of your favourite person.
