My eyes fluttered open as the light beaming in the room blinded my eyes. I half-remembered what had happened the night before and the moment I came to a full realization I looked over to my side Hoping Jon would somehow be there. But to my surprise, he wasn't, but there was a note, that was folded neatly on his pillow

I lifted myself up although a pounding headache was getting the best of me. But I still managed to get up to where I could read the note. Ignoring the pain.

Andy,
I know you are probably confused about where the hell I went. And I can promise it was nothing bad I didn't abandon you out of the blue. Something came up with my parents and it seemed urgent so I left. I didn't feel like waking you up because you were sound asleep (snoring loudly) so I just left you be. But please text me when your up. I wanna make sure you read this. I'll see you soon.

P.S: there are extra toothbrushes in the bathroom if you need them. And the spare key is under the mat so use that to lock up when you leave. : • )

I stood up from the bed examining the floor for my clothes as I grabbed the blanket I'd just been covered in over my body so I could stand up to get my clothes that laid scattered around the floor.

As I rushed to put my clothes on I went into the bathroom surely enough a pack of toothbrushes sat under the sink. I made sure to examine the atmosphere, Jon's toothbrush was still on the sink and was still pretty drenched in water meaning it probably hadn't been long since he left. And he must have left in a hurry.

It was so weird to think. That what happened, happened. I mean at first, he was just a crush and now he was probably gonna be a one-night stand. Or at least that's what I was thinking but I definitely wasn't hoping that since I did not want to be just some sex buddy to him.

After I rinsed my mouth I walked out of the bathroom and into the living room. Yet again remembering everything that happened last night sending chills down my neck.

I hadn't even called or texted Anthony, Arlette, or Hailey so they probably thought I was missing or something. So I made sure to get out of the place as fast as possible locking the door as I left.

From the moment I left and got into my car I made sure to text Jon just like he had asked

Me.
Hey just wanted to say I made it out of your place And I left the key under the Matt just like you asked!!

Jon.
Ok, great thanks for texting back!! I'll see you at working tomorrow hopefully!!

Me.

As I sent the last messages I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home. I was definitely not excepting what everyone might say. I was surprised to not have any messages from them but I knew from the moment I got home the questions would start and I had 0 idea of what I was gonna say.

As I pulled into the driveway, Hailey Anthony and Arlette came sprinting outside lightly tapping on the car window l. I unlocked the doors as 1 by 1 each of them entered Anthony sat in the front and Hailey and Arlette in the back

"Andrea NOELLE PARKER, where the hell were you, and what the hell is that on your neck" Anthony spoke sternly pointing out to my neck.

"What the hell are you talking about??"

"THE DAMN BRUISES ON YOUR NECK!"

I hadn't had time to even look at myself at all from the Minute I had gotten up this morning so I was truly confused as to what he was talking about.
