Part 2-Suspicions

"YO, ICY HOT WAKE THE HELL UP" Bakugou yells, jolting me awake. "Jesus Bakugou do you have to scream everything you say?" I say in a defeated tone "how the hell else was I supposed to get you off your ass?" he asks "fair enough" I respond "by the way, what the hell was that back there?" My friend questions "what are you talking about?" I return,"you had Dabi captured in your ice and you froze up"
I sigh "Yeah, sorry about that, it's just that something about him seemed so... familiar, almost like I knew him" I answer, no point lying to my friend I reason, plus if anyone can keep a secret it's Bakugou. "Knew him? How" he asks "I have a theory but I'm not 100% sure" I answer "alright then, shoot, whaddya got" he asks in a rare moment of being a laid back human being for Bakugou. "Alright but promise me you won't tell anyone" I request "of course man" he responds "all right" I say with a sigh "I think he might be my long lost brother Touya" I continue "wait WHAT?!" He yells in surprise. 'Shit, I should've sugar coated it a bit more' I think realizing I just ended my friends rare moment of calmness "HOW?!" He continues, still yelling, "calm down and I'll tell you" I say "my brother touya left home roughly nine years ago and was officially pronounced dead years later, giving him enough time to become Dabi and join the LOV. On top of that Touya's quirk was fire just like our fathers, only his was more powerful...hotter, so hot that the flames changed color they-" i say "turned blue" he finishes "yeah,  I know having similar quirks isn't anywhere near enough evidence to go off of but still, on some level I want it to be true, Touya was the family member I was always closest with" I say honestly "I don't blame you man, but even if Dabi is your brother, as tough as it's going to be. You do know you're probably gonna have to fight him right?" He asks sounding genuinely concerned, another rare emotion for Bakugou "yeah man, I know" I respond, saddened. He sighs and says "look man you're my friend and if you want help looking into this I've got your back" my eyebrows raise in surprise as I've never seen him like this. "Thanks, I appreciate it, I'll let you know when something comes up" I respond "and remember, this stays between us. Don't tell anyone about this unless I say it's ok, and that includes your little girlfriend" I tease "HEY, CAMIE ISN-" I cut him off "I never said a name" I say with a smirk "screw you icy hot" he says, visibly annoyed "relax dude I was just joking" I respond as I try and fail to hold back my laugh. "Let's head back and tell mr. Aizawa what happened here" I say after getting control of my laughter.

"Thank you for notifying me, you two made a good decision coming to me with this. Next time try not to engage though" Aizawa Sensei tells us "oh and, you're dismissed" he adds "yes sir" I respond as the two of us leave "so you want to start investigating?" Bakugou asks "nah man i've had a long day, I'm just gonna go chill in my dorm. You should go be with you're girlfriend or something" I say continuing to mess with my friend "HOW MANY DAMN TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU, SHE'S NOT MY GIRLFRIEND!" He yells as I laugh "I guess it might be nice to hang out with Camie for a bit though" he admits. (by the way Camie is a UA student in this, she's in class 1-B) "you say she's not your girlfriend, but you get all starry eyed every time someone mentions her name" I say "whatever man" he responds rolling his eyes. I chuckle as I notice Shinso walking down the hall. "he kinda looks like mr. Aizawa don't you think?" I say "oh for fucks sake icy hot i thought you were done with this secret love child shit" he shoots back "I'm just saying man, no need to get hostile" "whatever, I'll see you later bro" he daps me up and slightly starts to speed walk to  Utsushimi's room "yeah definitely not your girlfriend" I mutter with a small laugh as I head back to my dorm.
