We walked inside the house and I called for my mom. She came and sat on the couch with us looking kind of upset.
Mom: So, what happened tonight?
Y/N: I told you I went to the concert, met up with Kayla, and then we went out to dinner.
Kayla: I can confirm this.
Mom: What is this?
My mom pulls out her phone and shows me something on the internet. It was an article that said "MGK & JXDN Out For birthday Dinner With Possible New Love Interests". It showed the video of the waiters singing happy birthday to me. Kayla and I looked at each other very nervously.
Kayla: If my boyfriend sees that, I'm screwed. Let me go call him real quick. *leaves to another room*
Mom: Care to explain?
Y/N: So basically, I got to go onstage at the concert and sing with him. Then, he invited me backstage so I took Kayla with me. Then we got hungry so we ended up going out for dinner and now we're here.
Mom: So are you together?
Y/N: If we were so would've told you already.
Mom: Okay well next time please tell me exactly who you're with, god forbid something happens.
Y/N: Okay, okay.
Mom: Go check on Kayla, I'm gonna go get some rest.
Y/N: Okay, sleep well!
My mom goes upstairs and I go check on Kayla. I find her crying on the floor. I rushed to her side to comfort her.
Y/N: Oh my gosh, what happened love?
Kayla: He broke up with me..
Y/N: That jerk... why would he do that?
Kayla: He says he can never trust me, and he rather be with Isabel...
Y/N: I'm gonna kill both of them, come here.
I held her and told her that everything was gonna be ok. I told her she deserved better and that her boyfriend was worthless.
Y/N: Why not take a bath to relax yourself? Play some music and I'll grab you some clothes.
Kayla: Thank you so much Y/N.
Y/N: You know I always got your back.
I left and let her take a bath and then called Jaden.

*on the phone*
Jaden: Y/N?
Y/N: Hey Jaden, so news got out about tonight.
Jaden: Stupid paparazzi bro.
Y/N: Even worse, Kayla's boyfriend saw and dumped her.
Jaden: Fuck bro I feel so bad, she deserves better.
Y/N: I was wondering if you could try and cheer her up.
Jaden: Of course, I got you.
Y/N: Thank you so much J. I know you'll be good for her, catch you later.
Jaden: I hope so, see ya.
*hangs up*

I go to text Colson because I just remembered I forgot to.

*over text*
Y/N: Hey, sorry for not texting. Did you see the news?
Colson: Yeah, I'm so sorry.
Y/N: I don't mind it but my mom confronted me about it.
Colson: I just wish people could mind their business.
Y/N: I'm sorry you have to go through that.
Colson: You get used to it.
Y/N: Yeah but it's not right still
Colson: Yeah. Anyways, I'm gonna get some rest. Catch you in the morning cutie.
Y/N: Sleep well <3

I grabbed Kayla some pajamas and put them in front of the bathroom door. Then I grabbed some for myself and waited for Kayla to get out the bathroom. When she did, I took a shower and we both went to bed.
