Chapter One
"Kaaaaaaaate!!" I heard my brothers' loud voice through my door and I can feel that he is truly pissed right now. I opened my eyes and subconsciously groaned because of the sunlight that hit my eyes. I closed my eyes so tight and snuggled on my sheets closer where the comfort is. I'm really not a morning person and my skin is so sensitive with the sun but I still can manage it with some kind of lotion that my mom always gives me.
"Katelyn, I swear to this damn door! I'll break this if you won't freaking--" My brother is shouting at the top of his lungs but our mom cut him off because of his language behaviour. Bad boy at its finest.
"Watch your language mister!" Mom shouted with her so famous warning tone that made Jack groaned completely pissed with me, myself and I and with what's happening.
"I swear Katelyn! Open this door! We're already late, you only have five minutes to prepare!" He shouted with his annoyed voice, I can imagine his grumpy face which made me laugh silently with the thought of it. But what he said brings attention to me. My eyes popped up open and I panic a little with what he said. I look at my phone to check if he's saying the truth and clearly, the time is 7 am and WE'RE ACTUALLY LATE.
I got up from my comfy bed but when I was about to open the door, I got a weird feeling that Jack is not alone outside. I sighed shrugging my shoulders then opened the door revealing fake pissed Jack together with his squads while Cameron is holding his laughter with his camera. I rolled my eyes at them and slam the door shut so loud thinking how idiot I'am. I should have think first.
"Seriously dudes? What are you guys even doing here?!" I asked them almost shouting and they all fit into laughter. Such a good guys, I know. I loudly groaned but they just continued to laugh hysterically. Is something funny? Oh, Katelyn trust me your morning face is. I kicked my door and they're still laughing like crazy dudes. This is what you call 'family'.
"Fucking delete that or I'll fuck--" I said with my annoyed yet calm tone but I was cut off by the oh-so-jerk-thot fucker Gilinsky. Let's give him a round of applause, everyone.
"Me?" He said like asking me with his teasing voice that made them laugh so hard but clearly, I didn't heard my brother laugh that made me stiff my neck. I remained silent because I also didn't get it and maybe my brother also didn't get the called joke. Sometimes, I feel that my mind process too slow.
"What the hell bro?" My brother calmly, yet annoyed asked that made me frown and they all remained silent. What is happening? Wow, is there something to miss?
"I'm sorry bro!" Gilinsky said in his defence but all of them still remained silent. No one was daring to talk until I cleared my throat and respond.
"Uh? I swear, I don't get it.." I said with a confuse tone but they just sighed. I went to my full length mirror then I start to fix my hair and put a powder on my face before I wore my black skinny jeans together with my sweat shirt, beanie and other accessories. I grab my shoulder bag and opened the door. I'm not surprised to see that they're still standing there and Cam is still holding the camera. They look at me with a questioning face that made me tilt my head in a complete confusion.
"Uh? Where are you going sis?" Johnson confusedly asked me with a puzzled expression so I looked at him with my confused
look because they really are confusing. Well, everyone is.
"School?" I said with a tone of questioning while shrugging my shoulders. After I said that, everyone remained silent for a second or two until they broke into a fit laughter, again. I rolled my eyes and put my hands on my hips.
