Chapter Twenty Five
I stare at this two story house and the memories I have here. Good and Bad memories began to flash back on my mind but it didn't hurt my head that much this time. I know I made a promise but promises are made to broken..
I use my wolves power to climb on the tree beside Jack's room. We used to do stunts here back when we're still kids. I opened his window and went inside his room without hesitations. No one is inside his room but I can feel someones presence so I just barge in, it's not that bad right? He is here afterall but let's play again. It's fun, you should try it sometimes.
Jack put his right hand on my mouth but I didn't dare to shout. I push him hard on the wall that earned him a groan. I cross my arms and sat on his bed with my legs crossed together while watching him to stand up in pain.
"You made a promise" He said with a growl and I know that he is pissed off right now. I stand up from his bed and shrug my shoulders gesturing how stupid I'am with my choices of words and actions.
"Promises are made to be broken but if you don't--" I'm not yet finish with my sentence but he cutted me off with his tight hug that made me gasp softly because of shock and bolts of electricuty run through my body that made me feel alive again. I also didn't expect him to hug me, I expect him to shout at me and push me out of his house.
"I know you will and would break it. Thank God you changed your mind.." He softly whispered that gave shivers down through my spine. How could he even give me that feelings?! It's like I'm always turn on for him.
"Can I.. Sleep here for a week? I need to clear my mind with everything that is happening.." I quietly and shyly said that made him chuckle in amusement. He look at me straight in the eyes so I shot my head down but he lift my chin up with his right index finger so he is able to stare on my eyes that sends spark through my eyes.
"What the heck is that feeling?! Ugh, so weird" I said whining and he nod his head at me in understandment that he also is feeling that weird thing.
"You want to go somewhere far from here?" He ask me with excitement on his tone and I like what he is thinking but we both have school and we're graduating for the sake of school.
"But we're graduating and we can't let to miss some lesson" I said like it's an important thing to do but he chuckled and shook his head in amusement that made my curiousity to rose up.
"Oh come on, we can compel the principal and teachers. It's not that bad to do some bad things sometimes" Jack said like it's just nothing to him but hey, it is a really big deal for me. I have dreams to achieve to be honest.
"I have dreams, Jack. I can't just let them go like that" I sadly said looking down at his floor for the second time around but here we go again, Jack held my chin up high using his index finger but this time he has this 'Are you serious look' plastered on his face.
"You're not serious, aren't you?" He said while preventing himselve to burst out laughing hard. I smack his head hard that made him glare at me, a deadly one but that's not going to intimidate me.
"I'm serious for fucking sake!" I almost shout at him so he stuck his tongue out at me like he knows something that I forgot. I can sense it, trust me.
"Come on 'Kastiellene', you know that you have some land to protect and a mate to love" He said winking at me that made me scowl at him but he growled back that made me cringe a little because some of his saliva dampen into my face which is plainly gross.
"Truth be told that J is older than me" I said with a duh tone while rolling my eyes. To all the storied I've red for all I know, the oldest will be the one who'll be the next in line to protect the land.
