*(y/n)'s POV:*

As I was forcibly pushed by David...who definitely seems enthusiastic about camp, I look behind me and wave bye to Max.

He seems kind of like a bitch...but kinda cu-

"Stop. No." I say to myself, trying to snuff my gay thoughts that I was getting not even 5 minutes at this camp.

"Huh? What's wrong, camper?" David asks me, looking worried like he already messed up.

"Oh...it's nothing don't worry. Anyways what's this place?" I try to direct David's attention to the building in front of us.

"Why my inquisitive little fellow! This right here is the mess hall! Where we have breakfast lunch AND dinner, could you believe it!? It's also a place where we do indoor activities and even sometimes parties!" David tells me, definitely hyping it up.

We enter the green door.

That's definitely a choice.

I think to myself. Inside is a bunch of picnic tables, and at the back is what looks like a kitchen.

"Kind of empty, huh?" I ask in a humorous tone. I look to David who still has the same smile he greeted me with.

Creepy.

"Well that just means that Gwen, my co-counseler took them to their morning activities outside!" David reassures me.

"Oh okay" I nod my head to make sure he knows I understand.

"Okay let's get you set up with a tent! Come with me (y/n)!" David walks out of the mess hall, breathing in through his nose way too loud as to get a smell of fresh air.

I follow David out the door and to a campsite with a bunch of tents...

What else should've I expected?

There all white, but looking a little tan like they're dirty from all the dust and dirt the surrounds the place.

"All of the others have a tent together, so looks like you be in this one by yourself! Sorry about that, but unless you can get someone to switch with you there isn't much I can do since the tents don't have enough room for 3 people!" David tells me, trying to sound positive.

"It's fine, I feel like I wouldn't be able sleep in the same tent as someone." I reassured him.

"Well that's just awesome! We strive to make all of our campers happy at their stay here!" David smiles at me, trying to make it seem like this place is an amazing hotel.

I feel like he does that a lot.

"By the way, the one farthest away from yours is Max and Neil's!" He goes on to tell me which tent belongs to who.

But I have no idea who those people are expect for Max. Did he forget that?

"Anywho...you said the other kids were doing their morning activies?" I ask David to shift the topic.

"Right-io! Follow me this way!" He gestures as he starts walking away from the tents.

I follow him as we head to a clearing with a bunch of poorly built stages, stands and...a half-pipe?

"This is the place where we allow campers to follow their dreams! We have Extreme Sports Camp," David gestures to the half-pipe with a girl who looks older than me who's riding her skateboard. She has what looks like a purple streak in her hair and a cool looking outfit. In fact, it seems like all of her is...

"Cool" I unexpectedly say outloud. I look around to make sure that I actually said that outloud or not.

"Yep! That's Ered! She's our very own embodiment of cool!" David tells me, confirming that Ered's coolness actually made me say that outloud.
