Chapter 38

With a smile on his face Taehyung slowly started to wake up. The sun was making it's way through the blinds of Jungkook's bedroom and a yawn left the grey haired boy's mouth as he slowly began to open his eyes. The oh so familiar room of Jungkook was still dark due to the blinds blocking out most of the light and the singer slowly turned a bit to his right, only to be met with Jungkook's sleeping face.

The brunette was still sound asleep and soft puffs of air left the boy's mouth every once in a while. The boy's brown locks were tangled up messily and his eyes were still firmly closed. Taehyung smiled upon noticing how cute the younger looked and he quickly leaned forward a bit to plant a soft kiss on the boy's forehead.

Taehyung absolutely loved waking up next to Jungkook. It had been the very first time they had done so and the grey haired boy already couldn't get enough of it. Jungkook looked much younger than he actually was when he was asleep and it made Taehyung want to do nothing else but hug the boy. He could stare at the brunette's face all day and still wouldn't get bored of it.

Slowly the grey haired boy reached one of his hands up to brush some stray strands of hair out of the other's face, exposing his forehead. Images of last night began to flash through Taehyung's mind and his cheeks immediately began to turn into a rosy color. Him and Jungkook had resumed the kiss from before in bed and while nothing more had happened between the two apart from that it still made Taehyung feel happy, really happy. He adored the younger who was now sleeping so peacefully next to him and he loved the fact that Jungkook wasn't in a hurry to take their bond to the next level. The younger clearly was someone who'd take his time to develop the feelings they both had going on first before wanting to do anything more and that was totally fine with Taehyung. He really liked the slow pace between them both.

Suddenly however a soft grunt left Jungkook's mouth and before Taehyung realised it the younger had circled both his arms around the smaller male's body before pulling Taehyung in a hug. At first Taehyung seemed surprised but he softly began to giggle as soon as Jungkook burried his face in the other's crook of his neck, his brown locks tickeling Taehyung's cheek in the process.

"Morning baby." Jungkook spoke, a husky tone lacing his voice. Immediately shivers ran down Taehyung's spine upon hearing the younger's morning voice so close to his ear. The blush on his cheeks immediately became even redder than it was before and he quickly wrapped his own hands around Jungkook's body as well.

"Morning Kookie." Taehyung spoke, a bit shy but at the same time a smile played at the boy's lips. He loved how Jungkook had done exactly what he had been longing for and thus he let the other engulf himself completely in the hug. There was nothing Taehyung loved more than to be wrapped in the brunette's strong arms, savely hidden away from everything and anyone.

Jungkook slowly moved on of his hands up Taehyung's back, leaving shivers on all the places his fingers soflty brushed until he finally reached the other's silver locks and softly started to brush his long fingers through them, tangeling them up even more than they already were. A statisfied sigh left Taehyung's mouth and he smiled content until he suddenly got startled due to his phone ringing. A confused look began to form onto Taehyung's face and he slowly leaned out of the brunette's arms a bit in order to grab his phone and look at the caller id.

"It's Namjoon." Taehyung spoke confused and he quickly pressed to button to pick up the older's call. "Hey Namjoon." Taehyung spoke, a slight hint of confusion as to why the older was calling him lacing his voice. Namjoon sighed softly on the other side of the line before he began to speak. "Tae where the hell are you. We were supposed to practice for the second live show!?" The producer spoke and immediately Taehyung shot up from his comfortable place in the bed while his eyes grew big.
