Chapter 3

At the dragon palace

The young warrior and Seer meet up in the conference room to discuss the missing Queen. The two have met up over the years to discuss and try to understand what the prophecy is about. They know that the Queen is the focus point but other than that, the prophecy is unknown for them. They need to do something about this situation, it is not good for the realm to miss a Queen for so long. The Seer is the first to start. talking, he is concerned that there has happened anything to her.

"Young warrior we have to find the Queen."

"Mr Seer is there even a Queen. The people have started to doubt us, since why would the Queen not be in the war."

"Young one, I told you many years ago the prophecy of the Queen, we must have hope. As for the people they should know that the seer has never been wrong ever."

"I know Mr Seer, I have hope. All my life I have trained to serve the Queen and I will keep my oath."

"Yes, warrior we must be ready for when the Queen arrives. The Queen has to find us soon. We are soon going into another war and this time the hope for survival is small."

"I will try to find the Queen Mr Seer, but she is quite hard to find. It is almost like there is a barrier keeping us from going through to the Queen."

"I know young warrior but it is crucial that you find the Queen, before another war start or before the people lose hope in our monarch."

The now older but still young warrior leaves the room. All he can think about is how to find the Queen when it is almost impossible to find her majesty. We could narrow it down to that the Queen lives in the mundane realm. The young warrior knows that he has to find the Queen and get her back to the dragon realm. But it is hard when the only information we have is that she is in the human realm but were in the human realm we don't know. Some years ago, the warrior got selected as a personal warrior or guard for the Queen when she finally comes to the dragon realm.

The warrior has never been in the human realm before, it has never been necessary to go in that realm. Humans and dragons have not crossed paths many centuries now, back in time there have been relationships between Human and dragon. Dragons and other supernatural creatures get something that the human call soulmate, it can be any creature even wolf, vampire, some cases of humans and so on. A human soulmate is tricky since they are in the dark of the supernatural realms and some humans already have a life with kids and a husband. In those cases the supernatural being steps away from their mate, the most important thing is to keep the soulmate happy.

The supernatural creatures supernatural side already know who their mate is when their mate is born, but their human side gets to know it when they come in contact with the soulmate. Sometimes the odour is enough, sometimes they have to get in physical contact with their mate and sometimes the bond gets stronger with the more time they use together.

It can be quite hard to find your soulmate sometimes since they can be in another realm and then there is a chance that you meet each other quite late, that is because the soulmate does not need to be in the same realm. Sometimes to find your soulmate you have to find them in other realms, until that day comes where they find their mate some die, and some does not even find their soulmate even when they are looking for them. Some people move on and some people still try to find their soulmate years after.

The warrior has not found his mate yet, the typical age to find your mate is when you are 20 years old and that is also when the ageing slows down and at 30 you stop ageing. That is why supernatural creatures have a lot of time to find their mate since they can't die of old age. The warrior is 21 years old now, but he is not worried about finding his mate right now, the only thing he can focus on right now is the Queen. After finding the Queen he can visit the other realms to see if his soulmate is there, who knows maybe he can even find his soulmate in this journey.

The warrior has to fly out already today to find the Queen as fast as possible. Normally he would shapeshift and fly out in his dragon form but since it is the human realm he is going to, he can't do that. Instead, he has to fly out in the kingdoms private jet, that the kingdom has for these types of situations or when the flight in dragon form is too dangerous or long.

The warrior is now sitting in the jet, he is now ready to fly out. He is not excited about this plane trip, since he always flies in his black dragon form. He watches as the plane flies into the sky, he looks down as the city vanishes before his eyes. The journey will take 3 hours on the flight, were as in his form it would have taken him 2. But if it was an emergency and he flew fast then it would take him max one hour and that is even stretching it. That is why it is better to fly in their form for a dragon shifter, actually for all creatures it is faster to transport themself in their form.

He can only hope now that he finds the Queen fast before anything happens to her or before somebody finds her before him and tries to kill her. When he finds her, he has to take her away from her life, he just hopes that she is willing to leave her old life behind.
