I'm y/n and I was dating Charlie Conway until he cheated on me with Linda! I had been a little suspicious of the way Charlie was acting today so I actually walked over to him and straight up asked him why he was acting so weird. And let's just say I didn't like the answer I got. He had  stared to cry but I was so pissed at him I couldn't care.

time skip next day

today when me and Charlie sat down at the lunch table they where all confused to why we wouldn't talk to each other or sit next to the other. That night I was such a mess that I had texted Adam that he needed to come down at my room because it was an emergency, it wasn't I really just need some one to talk to. When he got to my room and I told him what happened he insisted on saying the night in my dorm with me. We had stayed up all night watching movies and talking I had finally gotten over Charlie. But the next morning after Adam left to go get ready for our practice I just couldn't shake this weird feeling I had in my chest when I thought of him. we walked into the rink together and all the ducks started whispering to each other. We ignored them and went to the locker room to change and gear up. The entire practice I saw Charlie staring at me and it pissed me off, but I also saw a specific boy with #99 on his jersey staring at me that I forgot about Charlie and hid the blush on my face. After practice I walked out of the locker room and heard footsteps behind me and turned around to see who it was it was Charlie, I wasn't happy. He looked at me and had the nerve to say so you break up with me for one day and your already with someone else I see how its going to be between us, and walked away. I ignored what he just said and walked back to my dorm to find someone sitting outside my door, it was Adam. Hey cake-eater I said he looked up at me from the ground and smiled hey y/n he said. I then asked him why he was here and he asked me if we could talk inside my dorm alone. I was a little confused at first but then I got butterflies in my stomach. He told me that he had thought of a way to get Charlie back for what he did to me. I had agreed with his plan it was for us to pretend to be a couple today to make him jealous. but I also felt that by doing that I would fall for him harder. But anyway we had invited gut and Connie to go skating with us at the rink. It was going really well and fun until Connie pulled me to the side. She asked me if me and Adam were dating and half not realizing what she said and half fazed by the question I said yes. Then I just heard Connie scream Yessss!!!!!! And then Guy, you owe me 20 bucks.   And then saw the confused look on Adams face and I looked just as confused. I latter fond out that the whole team had a bet going on if me and Adam started dating. I wasn't surprised knowing my team, but Adam was. when we got back to my dorm that night we both sat down on my couch to watch a movie. Halfway through Adam paused it and looked me in the eyes and said y/n I have something to tell you, Shoot I replied. He turned to face me and took my hands and said '' Y/n I need you to know this, since we have been on the same team since peewees I have always had a crush on you but now I realized that it wasn't just a crush but that I'm in love with you y/n" you just sat there for a second speechless, then with out warning you looked into Adams blue eyes and said "I have too cake-eater" and then leaned over and kissed him. The next day at practice you told everyone you two where dating and heard Connie and Julie yell boys pay up, you and Adam burst out laughing. You thought to your self that night as your head layed on Adams shoulder as you watched the game that was on " all bad things will eventually tur out good". 10 minutes letter Adam looked down at you and saw that you where asleep so he picked you up and carried you to your bed and placed you down then walked over to the other side and layed down then put his arm around your waist and pulled you close to him, and whispered in your ear I love you Babe, you wispered back love you too banksie then the two of you fell asleep like that.
