Tsukishima woke up the next morning at 7. he went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror he saw that his eyes were red from crying last night, and he also saw that he had bags under his eyes he then took a shower and got ready to visit Yamaguchi at the hospital. He didn't bother to eat breakfast and just left.
He took the bus on the way to the hospital once he went to the front desk and signed the paper to mark himself as visitor and walked to Yamaguchi's room. As he stood outside the door he then looked through the window which he then he saw some of his teammates Sugawara and Hinata sitting on one side of the bed and Asahi and Noya leaning on each persons head sleeping since they were the first here and it was pretty early since they got there and a short while later Suga and Hinata came. Tsukishima then went in.
Tsukishima- hey guys... y'all came to visit
Suga- hey Tsukishima yea we came to visit. Some of the others came but they already left so now it's just us.
Tsukishima- oh
Hinata- he... he looks like he went through a lot..
Hinata then got up from where he was sitting so Tsukishima could sit there. He then sat down and held Yamaguchis hand and fixed his blanket.
Tsukishima- yea...
Suga- we should wake the others up and leave so tsukishima can be with yams alone..
Hinata- okay..
Hinata then walked to the other side of the bed and woke the two who were sleeping after he got them up Suga was already at the door waiting for them and so they left. Tsukishima was left alone with Yamaguchi.
He stayed there watching Yamaguchi while holding his hand. Yams.. why didn't you tell me you were in pain.. you held on and in the end you ended up here.. you didn't want us to worry but either way we're here... and hoping for the best... Tsukishima sat and laid his head on the bed facing Yamaguchi and soon fell asleep... few moments later he woke up to somone coughing. It was Yamaguchi who had woken up and was coughing petals. " yams! Your finnaly awake" Tsukishima said with a pained expression"yes Tsuki" Yamaguchi said with a weak smile. Tsukishima then looked at the petals and felt his chest tighten and tears welling up in his eyes. " I'm sorry yams, I'm sorry for everything" " there's n- nothing to be sorry about it's okay" Yamaguchi said as he sat up. Only causing him to wince in pain and Tsukishima widened his eyes stopping him "Don't... Just...just lay down" he said as he moved some hair out of Yamaguchi's face
Tsukishima then explained that he and Hinata were not together and everything else and how he found out Yamaguchi has hanahaki.. he looked down not wanting Yamaguchi to see his tears. He then heard sniffiling beside him. He looked up only to see tears in Yamaguchi's eyes "I'm sorry for thinking else, I'm sorry for running away, I'm sorry for not letting you explain.. I was just so hurt and in pain, I was just tired of it all and so over whelmed and... I'm sorry for not telling you... i thought if I told you I had hanahaki, you wouldn't believe me and then see me as a weird person.. and would quit being my friend" "tsuki-"
"It's okay Yamaguchi... it's okay" Tsukishima then rose his hands up and cupped Yamaguchi's head on them. He wiped the tears off with his thumb and both boys stared in each others eyes for a moment. A weak smile soon came from yams and then held his hands and put them down still holding them, he then started to speak again "Tsuki... I wanted you to know that I-" he then started to cough up flowers. "Yams!" Tsukishima stood up quickly "it's.." inbetween Yamaguchi's coughs he tried to form a sentence "o- . "Don't stress it yams.. I love you e-everything's going to be okay" tsukishima said trying to hold in his tears. "I l-ove" Yamaguchi then started to cough up blood and flowers while coughing roughly Tsukishima was calling in the doctors by pressing the button that was used to call them in "PLEASE SOMONE!!" "YAMS!" As the doctors rushed in they told Tsukishima to leave so the could take care of Yamaguchi..
