The Return of The Owner

 

Chapter 1

Onew happily watches the four couples dancing sweetly at the dance floor. He smiles bitterly.

I should have able to join them. I should be the first one to get married among us. If only that she did not left me... Onew shakes his head to erase the bits of memories that is starting to flashback in his mind.

"There is no use of remembering you now. I already forgot you a year ago. You are now a ghost from my past." Onew said sadly to himself.

He waited for few more hours before he decided to tell his friends that he will go home first.

Onew looks at the dark sky above him. He decided to walk since it's already late at night and people are already few. The reception area is also so close to their dorm. "Ahhh, it's been a pleasant day today... But why am I feeling so sad?" He remembers how happy his chingus with their loved ones earlier. The scenario makes him feel envious.

He is already half-way to their dorm when he sees the familiar figure that he has been missing. His heart beats rapidly when he sees her face that is looking outside from their dorm.

What is she doing here? Why on earth she is here late at night?

 

He quickly studies her. She looks so thin and tired. He notices the rising and falling of her shoulders. He frowns when he realizes that she is crying.

He notices how she walks astray. "She's drunk?"

He decided to follow her though his heart says that he should not do it and that he should hate her for leaving him and hiding away from him after doing it.

Instead of going home, he sees her going in a karaoke bar and isolate herself while continue on drinking. Why is she doing this? He scolds himself when he notices what he is doing. Ya, she is not my concern anymore. Maybe her new one left her that is why she is like that.

 

He starts walking back towards home when his conscience eats him. He peeps on her cubicle and found her sleeping already. "Aigoo..."

He paids her bill and decided to take her home. But where? She already left her place from before right?

Onew decided to pat lightly her cheek. "Miss, where do you live?"

"Hmmm..."

"Ya... Please tell me where do you live."
