Chapter 2

Taemin sighs as frustrations and disappointments are trying to eat him again. He wanted to rest, to actually fall a deep and peaceful sleep, but his mind is not allowing him. Every time he closes his eyes, he only sees Jaq’s face. It has been three days since he is like this. Within those three days, he never stopped on searching her.

“Sleep.” Kibum instructs him.

He looks at him with tired eyes. “You know that I can’t no matter how I tried.”

“Your body needs it Taemin. Clear your mind. You are just clouded with so much things and emotions that is why you can’t get enough sleep. You need to do it. Who knows? Maybe when you wake up, you can find the answer as to where she is.” Kibum advices his dongsaeng when he sees how he really needs a sleep.

Minho pats his shoulder. “Kibum is right. You cannot think straight right now because your body is in need of rest. Don’t deprive it Taemin. I’m sure Jaq doesn’t like the idea of you abusing yourself because of searching her.”

“Ya, right dongsaeng-ah. We will help you in looking for her after you sleep ‘kay?” Jonghyun half-smiles to him.

“Gomawo guys. I owe you so much.”

“Don’t mention it. We should look for each other’s sake remember?” Onew beams a smile.

“Right!” The four boys said in unison.

“Taemin… Cassandra is here, looking for you.” Jonghyun pats his dongsaeng’s cheek. He hates to wake him up, but he needs to do it.

“Wae?” Taemin gets up while rubbing his eyes.

“I think I know where Jaq is.” Cassandra said nervously. “I saw her at Dobong-gu… But I’m not that sure. We were sent for a teacher’s trip at that time.”

“Dobong-gu?” He repeated. He tries to remember what Dobong-gu is for Jaq. His eyes widen when he remembers something.

“Wae?”

“I think she’s with her childhood friend who just flew away from Dobong-gu for unknown reason.”

“Chincha? That’s a helpful link then!”

“Ne. I’ll go there right now hyung.”

Jonghyun frowns. “Ya, are you sure with that? Now?”

“Please hyung.” He looks at his hyung with pleading eyes.

“Hon, please?” Cassandra helps him in pleading.

“Alright… But…” Jonghyun looks around. “But you should be accompanied with your Kibum hyung.”
