Chapter 13

I awoke to Zander whining. His tummy was rumbling and so was mine. Omega didn't seem bothered but I think she was hungry too. Why didn't we get food while we were on the other planet? Mando was also hungry. I guess it's a good thing Coco and Kyber weren't here because they'd be very hungry too. I still miss them. I'm still mad at daddy for making them leave but I'm also happy he let me keep at least one of my friends. I pet Mando as they make a purring sound.

"We need somewhere to stay at. Idaflor is the best option." Wrecker groaned. "But Idaflor's not even inhabited!" Hunter turns to him. "Which makes it the best place to hide out at." Omega looked saddened. "I've been stuck in Kamino for forever. I want to explore." Daddy shook his head. "We need to wait for things to settle down before we do that." Uncle Tech pulled up his data pad thingy. "Well we won't be doing either of those things. We need more fuel and we're entirely out of rations. Without the republic supplying us, we need to get those things on our own." Echo walked over. "That's not the only problem. Our ships scan is listed in the wanted list." Uncle Tech shook his head. "I can scramble that no problem." Uncle Wrecker boomed. "You can do that?!" That is cool.

"Yes but I can only do it when the ships landed." Are we going to another planet?! Oh that's so awesome! Now I'm excited. "Closest planet to do everything is Pantora." On the big blue map it beeped showing us the planet. "Pantora it is then." Everyone walked away except Omega. She leaned on the computer desk. "Pantora it is." Is she tired? Excited? I can't tell. We're tired too. Especially after the encounter on the moon. Now that was scary but interesting. I pulled out the key thingy I got from the moon. Rubbing my fingers over the smoothe surface.

Mando watching it with hungry eyes. I giggled. "Not food Mando. This is coin. Special coin." It made a squeal/roaring noise. It then jumped off me and walked all the way to Omega. It climbed up her leg and jumped onto the desk. It squeal/roared again and got her attention. She giggled and pet them. They purred in response. I got up leaving Zander and stood by daddy. He was sitting in a chair. I softly grabbed his arm and shook it slightly. He turned to me confused. He smiled a tiny bit and picked me up, putting me in his lap.

"You ready to get some food in that little belly?" He pokes my belly making it tickle. I giggled and giggled some more when he did it again. "Hey V..." I look up to him with my big smile. "Do you ever miss home?" I ponder a bit. I nod slightly. "Yeah but this is my home now." I hugged his chest. My arms not big enough. He smiled sweetly and hugged me back. "Daddy will never make me leave home. He also won't let me get hurt. My daddy is the best daddy." We heard an awe sound. I look over seeing Wrecker smiling. "My uncle's won't either! Best family!" Everyone chuckled. I giggled. Zander walked in and went to uncle Tech. He looked to Zander confused as he lifted his hands. He wanted to be held. He picked him up and Zander cuddled into him. Uncle Tech smiled and patted his back while holding him close. This best family. I felt like crying. They really care.

He patted my head getting my attention. "We'll be there soon. Get some rest. I'll... I'll tell you a story." I smile big and nod quickly. I quickly got off and ran to Omega. "Daddy's gonna tell us a story! Come on!" I grabbed her hand and pulled her our new room. Mando ran after us and curled up beside Omega and I. "Where's Zander?" Omega asked. I looked to where the many seats were. "He's with uncle Tech. He is happy there right now." Omega nodded. Maybe Tech is his favorite. I wouldn't know. He didn't tell me. Thinking about it... They're all clones. Including Omega. I'm the only normal born person. It makes me feel sad that I'm not like everyone in my family and yet they're like each other in every which way. We heard footsteps and daddy walked up to us. He sat by our feet as Omega pulled me close and curled next to me with the tooka doll in her lap.

"Alright. This is the story of working with the Jedi master Skywalker."

*Time skip*

I was awoken by a jolt. Our ship stopped moving. I was laying down with Mando still curled up to me but Omega wasn't there. My head was laying on the doll. I sat up rubbing my eye. Zander was wrapped in a blanket and asleep. I put the doll next to him and got up. Mando waking up yawned so cutely and walked down to where the door is. Mando jumped out and glided to the ground as I skipped out. I winced from the light. I just woke up so I'm not used to it yet. I look around and see everyone talking. "Aww! I don't wanna stay and work on the ship!" Uncle Wrecker yelled. I giggled at this. "We need to do this as conspicuous as possible and you stand out too much." He looked mad. "And you don't!" He yelled at Echo. "Not dressed like this I don't." He pulled down his mask. Wow! He looks so different! "Just stay here." Daddy commanded. "Omega, Echo..." He looked to me. I smile hit my face. "And V. You're with me." I jump and squeal. Mando crawls onto my shoulder and roars happily. I skip to Omega and hold her hand. We both smile and skip away as daddy and uncle follows.
