I was woken up by a shaking. How dare someone wake me up!? Just kidding but I'm still tired. I can't tell if I've slept in because it's space. Not really a sun clock out here. I looked up last my bangs to see Omega. "V. Wake up. The guys set up some stuff for us." Omega told me. I sat up and rubbed my eyes yawning. Looking around I notice Zander isn't here. Maybe he's with uncle Tech. I stand up and put the headband in my hair making my bangs out of my eyes. We soon walked out of the ship. I wince from the bright light.

When did we land on a planet? I look around seeing *le gasp* AN OBSTACLE COURSE! This looked so cool. Daddy walked over to us. Looking over I saw Zander playing with Uncle Tech. I turned back to daddy. "Alright. You both need to learn how to defend yourselves. Get better at running through obstacles and how to defeat someone or make them back down." I nod excitedly. "For this no weapons are allowed yet." Yet? I don't wanna hurt any of my family even if it is training it still doesn't feel right at all. If I hurt my family it would hurt me. Daddy pet my hair messing it up even more. "Daddy." I whined as he chuckled. I tried to fix it but might as well not even bother. It's still tangled anyways.

"Alright. Goal is to make it to the other side. Ready? Go." He said as Omega and I started running. I just woke up man. We climbed up boxes and slid down slides. We also had monkey bars but my hand slipped and I fell onto the mats. I squealed when I fell. Omega jumped down to me. "You okay?" I nod as she helps me up. "Try again." Daddy says as we go back to the beginning. Omega and I run again. We nearly make it to the end but I trip when I was so close to the end. Omega didn't notice I had tripped and passed the line. She cheered as daddy congratulated her. She turned to me and frowned. I had tears in my eyes. I couldn't do it. I wasn't fast enough and I was so clumsy. She then walked to me and sat beside me.

"It's okay. You'll get it next time." I nod as daddy sat in front of us. "You both did good. This will help you in the future." Would it? I mean most of the issues we get in require fighting but they're all adults. Also I'm so little. I've never been in a fight like I had the other day. I've only lifted small boxes in my life and that's it. How can a child win a fight against a highly skilled and trained adult? I hear a croaking kind of sound and turned around. Mando charged towards me and started crawling all over me. She licked my cheek. I giggled at that. It tickled! Soon daddy grabbed her off me. "Now it's time for Mando's training." He said bringing her to another area as we followed.

He sat her down and took out a mouse. "Kill it Mando." The mouse squealed and ran away. Mando just watched it leave. Daddy sighed. "Mando if you don't do this how will you get strong enough to protect your friends?" He looked back at us. Omega and I were doing funny tricks and making jokes. He turned back to Mando. "Your family. Your... Your people." Mando started up at him. She jumped up on her feet and blew smoke in his face. He coughed and sighed. "Nevermind." Mando looked to me and ran to me. She Joe's on me making me fall. I laugh as she does this funny little dance on me.

"Daddy why are you trying to train us?" I asked. I kind of knew why but still... "To protect you. So many things o-or people can hurt you. I just want to make sure you're all safe." I nod. "Okay." I looked down at Mando. "But Mando will always protect us." I cheered lifting her up and held her to my chest in a hug. He sighed. "Mando is a baby right now. She can't protect you until she's older." Oh. I guess that's true. I pet Mando. I still have that coin thingy. Maybe next planet we go on we can check it out. I looked over and hummed curiously. Omegas gone. Where did she go? Daddy got up and walked to the others. I stood up and looked around. "Omega?" I asked aloud hoping she'd answer. Mando jumped down and sniffed the ground. She screeched to me and crawled away quickly. I giggled and followed her.

I followed her until we got to a big round cliff that was above water. Omega was at the edge staring down at the water. "Wow. So cool." I heard her say. I sit beside her. "Wow. It is cool." She jumps not expecting me. She turns to me and chuckles a bit. "Indeed." She then gasped. "Wanna go for a swim?" I shake my head. "We don't have that much extra clothes if we'd get wet." Not really an if. We'd definitely get wet, it's water! "Oh. Right." She turned back to the water. "Also I don't know how." She nods. "Neither do I but I thought it'd be fun." I nod staring down at the bright blue water. It looked so pretty. I wanted to jump into it but I can't.
