A day on Asgard with Grandma

Lokis pov:
Something was wrong with Rhea, whether she admits or not i can feel her sadness. It's eating her inside out and i can't figure out why and she wont tell me. I walked into my fathers chambers and bowed to him, his head bowing in return.

"What can i do for you my son?"

"I would like permission to bring Opherias Grandmother to Asgard, i'll put a cloaking spell on her so she thinks she is still on Earth, i think it would cheer up Opheria." Odin looked at me with a questioning look.

"What has she to be sad for?" My mother asked.

"I don't know mother, she won't speak to me but i can feel her sadness and i want to help her."

"Your cloking spell, how certain are you that it will work and hold?' Odin asked.

"You can trust Loki, he has become a powerful warlock, you need not doubt him" mother stated.

"Very well, she may come for the day but know if the spell doesn't work, you will be held responsible"

"Yes Father, thank you!" I bowed to them both before heading out.

Opheria pov:

"Opheria watch out!" Emily screaed at me as i ducked out the way of the sword that was swung at me.

"EMILY STOP CHEATING!" Thor shouted to her as our swords clunked together. I laughed and kicked him causing him to fall to the floor, he quickly got back on his feet in a ready position and our swords were apart for less than a second with each swing. This continued for about a minute before i quickly used my telekeniesis to throw a stone at the back of his head, causing him to turn confused leavng him open for me to hit. He turned back around with a sad/mad look on his face.

"That's cheating!" He shouted as i placed my sword in my belt.

"No, that's using my powers to my advantage to win a battle...isn't that what this training is about?" I asked with a smirk. I heard clapping in the distance and turned to see Loki heading towards me as Thor sat down with Emily.

"You're getting really good at controlling your powers!" Loki said as he took me in his arms.

"Well i had an excellent teacher!"

"Yes you did"

"It's a shame you were busy that day...i could of shown you a thing or two" i smirked as Loki looked at me glummly! "I'm just kidding! You were a fine teacher my love" he smiled and placed a kiss to my lips before turning to Thor.

"I need to borrow my wife for the rest of the day!" Thor nodded and Loki grabbed my hand, pulling me along with him.

"Where are we going?" Loki looked at me, smiled and then looked away. Ignoring my last statment. We walked towards the great hall and Loki instructed the guards to open the door. Lokis hands covered my eyes as he walked me into the centre of the hall.

"Hello darling!" I knew that voice...it couldn't be! I moved Lokis hands away and stood in front of me was my Grandma. I felt tears come from my eyes as i ran and hugged her the tightest i could. "Ooo not too tight dear, fragile bones." I let go and she smiled at me, taking in my appearance. "This royal life suits you! You make a beautiful princess! Your husband here is also very handsome. That play was the best thing to ever happen to you"

"Excuse me one second Gloria, i just need to say goodbye to Rhea, i have duties to attend to!" Loki pulled me into him.

"How is she here?" I asked him quietly.

"I know you have been feeling sad lately so i thought a trip from family would do you some good. You don't need to tell me what's making you sad but know i am here to talk to you should you wish to speak to someone. She is only here for the day and then the spell will wear off. As far as she's aware, we met when you came to perform last year, we married and she had a blast. She may make up memories from the wedding so just go along with it." I nodded "i'll be back by 7pm so i can get her home before the spell goes off! Have a good day my love" he kissed my on the cheek and then made his way out the doors.

"So...how about you show me around! I never did get chance to see the place during the wedding" Grandma asked as she made her way towards me. I smiled and hooked my arm through hers, making our way out to the gardens.

"Oh seeing you and Loki have your first dance out here was beautiful! I shed a tear every time i think back to it" i grin at her as she sits on the bench just near the fountain. "I'm glad you found someone who loves you as Loki does. He's a good man!" I nodded in agreement!

"Hello Opheria" Frigga appeared from behind us, i stood up and quickly curtsied and my Grandma did the same.

"Ah and you must be Gloria, Opheria has told me so much about you!"

"We met at the wedding my ladyship, do you not remember?" My grandma asked and Frigga looked at me before looking back at my Grandma.

"Ah of course. Sorry you must forgive me, age and running a kingdom has completely frazzled my brain" i laughed awkwardly but my Grandma seemed to buy it. 6:55 came around and before i knew it i was saying goodbye again, Loki stood by myside.

"Oh do come see me soon dear, it's been so long!" I let a tear fall as i nodded a yes. "Next time Loki, you must join us!"
Loki bowed his head.

"It would be my honour Gloria"

"I love you Granny!" I said as i hugged her tight. She returned the hug with just as much strength.

"I love you too dear" i suddenly felt her body go limp as she fell onto me.

"Grandma!" I started to panick but two guards picked her up off me. "What happened, is she ok?" Loki shushed me and brought me close to him.

"It's ok, she's just fallen asleep, the spell is wearing off so i have to get her home before she wakes up! I'll see you at home!" Loki stood back from me and with a flash he was gone. He was getting good at teleporting. I made my way back to our room, my eyes growing tired from the busy day i had had. Grandma wanted to see everything and who was i to deny her that chance.
I sat at my dressing table and took my hair out its plat and wiped my makeup off before getting changed and climbing into bed. Loki arrived back not too late after and climbed into bed with me.

"Shes fine, she's asleep in bed!" I looked to Loki "don't worry love, she will be fine when she wakes. She will think you visited her for the day, new memories will replace the ones from today but they will be just as special!" I nodded and laid back on my pillow.

"Do you feel better my love?"

"Yes, abit. Thank you Loki, you really are amazing!" I kissed his cheek. "Loki...?" I heard him reply with a hum "do you ever want children?" He looked at me and laid further down so he was on his side facing me.

"I never thought i would, i never thought i would desire anything but a throne, then i met you! I would love to be a father one day! Whether that be soon or in 100 years time. We have our whole life ahead of us and anything can happen in that time but yes, i do want children. Why do you ask?"

"It's not ever something i have talked about with anyone but as my husband you have a right to know. It is very unlikley i can ever have a child...theres like 5% chance of me been able to concieve. I should of told you before we bonded, then you could have walked away before it was too late!" Loki placed his hand on my cheek.

"Theres always adoption! Plus that 5% is still better than 0! We will have the Asgardian doctors take a look at you, you may be different now you are Asagardian! Either way i wont leave you and i won't ever hold it against you that you can't have a child. Is this why you have been so upset little one?" I smiled at my nickname. He hasnt used it in so long!

"When Thor announced about Emilys pregnancy, i could see your face light up and it made me sad thinking we may never get to announce that to everyone! It's been getting me down that's all."

"Do you feel better now you got it off your chest?"

"I do." Loki smiled and placed a gentle kiss to my lips.

"So...shall we start trying now or...?" Loki asked with a smile.

"It can't hurt to try!" I shrugged as he climbed on top of me.

"It will hurt when you can't walk in the morning my love!" He whispered seductivley in my ear, removing my jama shorts. "I know you like it when thats the end result and i always aim to please my wife"
