"alright kids its mission time!" I yelled excitedly.

"yes let our youthful energy flow!" Lee cheered.

Today I was taking the kids on another ninja mission. I've always prided myself in having a family team but recently I felt us growing more distance as this kids grew older. What can I do to bring us close together? I know a trust exercise!

"kids hold on a second" the kids stopped in their tracks.

"what is it sensai we have a mission to do" neji sighed. He won't even call me dad!

"put your hands in the circle kids!" I yelled firmly.

"yes dad sensai!" Lee said immediately putting his hand in.

I turned to tenten.

"ok ok" tenten put her hand in looking a little freaked out.

I turned to neji.

He simply glared back at me. Oh a Challenge!

"neji put your hand in the circle" I said firmly.

"I'm not doing something so stupid" neji folded his arm.

"are you challenging me son?"

"I suppose I am"

I chuckled "well bring it on lad! I'll break you down eventually!"

The two of us debated in a heated staring contest. I was determined but neji wasn't backing down. How can I make him admit defeat. As a last resort I started groaning. Neji looked real destrubed by my manly groaning.

"jeez fine I'll do your stupid trust exercise" he sighed putting his hand in.

"good lad" I grinned "now remember kids we're a family so we gotta fight like a family. That's means no one fights alone and no one gets left behind"

"right!" the kids yelled.

We ran off together as a family. I'm glad we did some trust exercises beforehand. Now I feel confident in our effectiveness!
