"John! Hey, it's good to see you! I'm not sure you remember me..." Veronica says when she's a couple of feet away from me. I haven't seen her much since freshman year.
Poor chick, she looked the worst back then but now she's smoking hot. She doesn't have braces, she lost weight, and she's got a body now.
"I do remember you, Veronica... what's up?"
"Nothing much... I just haven't seen you for a long while and my mom wanted me to ask you something. God, this is awkward."
She giggles awkwardly, playing with her hands behind her back and shifting her weight from one foot to the other. People would call this adorable but I think it's annoying the fuck outta me.
I just wanna grab her and sit her down so she can stay still. She then grabs a strand of her hair and twirls it nervously around her finger.
"You can tell me anything, I won't laugh at you. What does the great Mrs. Fiocchi want from me?"
"Well, she heard your mom say you play the guitar and she wants to know if you could teach my brother a few things... it's totally okay if you don't wanna! She'll give you twenty bucks per day."
I nod at the sound of the money, taking my sight off of her breasts to face her. She is fucking gorgeous, her lips are bright pink and her hair looks good.
"Uh... when does she want me to start?"
"She said whenever you want, my brother Eliot has been buggin' her wanting to play something and-"
"Sure, I'll do it. Tell her I'll drop by tomorrow around five."
"Can't do five."
"Six...?"
"Hmm... what about six-thirty?"
"Deal." I stand and approach her, extending my hand for her to shake. She looks at my hand nervously and looks in my eyes.
"Is that necessary? I'm not the one who made the offer in the first place."
"But you introduced me to it, so c'mon! Friendly handshake!" She looks at my hand again and looks back to my eyes.
"When is the last time you washed your hands?" She points at my hand and that's when I realized my hands were stained with paint but looked like dirt.
"Oh my god! It's paint, I promise I washed my hands like ten minutes ago! They're squeaky clean, I promise." She smiles nervously and her shaky hand wraps around mine, hesitantly shaking it.
"VERONICA!" Her dad yells from her house, she instantly gets even more nervous and drops my hand.
"I gotta go!" She yells before running to her house, nearly getting hit by my friend Bill's car. I looked at her protectively until she went inside, shutting the door loud enough to make you deaf miles away.
"Bill! Whatcha doing here?!" I ask, walking up to his car as he rolled down his window.
"I didn't see you today, thought maybe you could come with us and get a beer and chill out together at my place."
"Correction, your parent's place." Damien says, I couldn't see from the illegal tints Bill has so I wave in his direction.
"Sorry guys. I'd love to go with you but I have to get ready for school and I'm grounded today. Maybe we can do this sometime else." I lied, I'm not in the mood to be around them today.
"What did you do?"
"Insulted the P. E. teacher. But it's fine, I'll see you guys around, I'm sorry I can't these couple of weeks." I lie once again, they shrug and without a word from them, Bill drives away.
I turn to see the house of the Fiocchi and the door opens to see Veronica again but this time she holds a baby in her arms. I'm not sure what they are family-wise but he looks like her daughter.
The way the baby claws to her and how she grabs her makes it seem like she's the mother of the little girl. She walks to their little garden and leans down to look for something and I notice she pulled out a toy.
I heard a rumor a year ago that someone knocked her up, she had gone missing for a whole entire year and no one knew where the fuck she was; only that she still was still enrolled in our same school.
She turns to see me, maybe she knew I was looking and she waves shyly before she walks back inside the house. Fuck... the baby has brown hair like she had it before bleaching it, but could it be hers?
Not knowing what to do, I walked to my backyard and went in the shed in the search of my hidden pack of Marlboro cigarettes to ease the thinking that's going on in my brain.
There's so many things going on, first with school and then with mom and Eric; then Bill & Damien, and now all about Veronica Fiocchi's mystery baby.
I smoke around four cigarette when my mind eases on the thoughts and I'm relaxed now. I hide them back again and walk inside. I heard the television on the living room. I assume they're watching some cartoon with Eric so I went to my room.
My bed looked like shit, but when I look down to see the mess of blankets, pillows, and other stuff; I could only imagine to have her here...
Veronica.
To have her in my bed and see what she looks like without any clothes. I haven't been with a girl before. I'm still a virgin in the sense that I haven't been inside a chick but I've done the rest of things.
That vision motivated me enough to make my bed, pick up the things from the floor and clean everything up. In fact, I was in such a good mood after that little vision, that I cleaned the whole house imagining to have her in different positions in different places.
Now that I remember I will teach her brother a few things on the guitar, I will get a chance to know the whole truth and maybe even get the chance to make her mine if things go according to plan.
