When small we're often told
that we're genius by the old
generation that is walking out the door
like it's some kind of pep talk,
though we soon learn it's crock,
to train us for the battles they ignored.
It becomes clear around age seven
that not all men go to heaven,
for not everyone is blessed among the score.
But for those of you still struggling,
remember, everyone's worth something
and we all have our purpose to be more.
