Bondi's Cat and Mouse

Part 1 - The Beginning

It was a boring day. 

I decided to chat with my friend Lance to catch up, and that's when she introduced me to Bondi Rescue. Like I was not really interested. 

Yeah. I was into horror, thriller, suspense, action, romantic comedy movies, and K-drama. She sent a link to the clips and episodes and guess what? After watching a few, I'm hooked. 

Like what?! It's crazy. 

It's a reality TV series where they focus on the Lifeguards, what they do and how they rescue drowning patients. 

And so we watched it from the first season until the current one, which is the 16th season. Whew! In like a span of a month and we're done watching the whole season except for the last one because it's not done yet and we're waiting like mad dogs. 

So then we decided to plan our first out-of-country trip to Sydney. Here we go! Who's excited? 

Googling stuff about Sydney, Bondi Beach, hostels and houses, tourist spots, what to bring? what to do? what to eat? budget for the whole trip, and all that jazz. 

We saved our hard-earned money to see the beach and in high hopes to see all the Lifeguards in action. Passport, Visa, and flight are good to go. 

Hell, yeah! We're coming to Sydney! 

I had too much coffee. I am so nervous and excited. I am freaking out. My heart is jumping like crazy.

And I can't believe I have landed my foot and taken my first step in Australia...
