Elizabeth Shepard is Ricky Bowen's neighbor and best friend since Kindergarten. She's always been there for him, especially during the beginning of their Junior year helping him win back his ex-girlfriend with a crazy plan of joining the school musical. After all that's over and things are finally coming together for the two teens, it all falls apart.
