"What?" Michael asked incredulous, rasing an eyebrow to the man who just appeared from the back of the store

"Got no time to explain kid, see it for yourself" Dean walked towards the back of the store, the 4 boys following behind, he stopped in front of a small tv with bad reception and the news on

Michael sat in front of the screen, Luke kneeling down beside him, trying to process what the women on the tv was saying

"It's a total chaos on the streets, we beg for the people out there to keep calm and do not leave their homes. Apparently some patients from the St. John's Research Hospital escaped and they are playing havoc on the city

We've witnessed canivalism, murders and plenty more inhuman acts against the state's population, we'll keep you poste-"

Dean had turned off the tv, bringing the boys' attention to him "I-I don't understand" Luke muttered as all the Resident Evil movies ran through his mind

"So you're trying to us there are zombies eating people?" He heard Ashton saying, the image of those people eating human flesh fresh on his mind

"Like, The Waking Dead?" Calum added

"How can you be so sure?" Michael asked, his eyes meeting Dean's and a frown painting on the man's face

"Look kiddo" Dean warned, sitting backwards on a chair "I used to work for the government, I heard about some controversy in the barrack, something about a desease and some tests on animals, they worked so they started to use humans for it, that's when they discovered the rats were becoming aggressive and killing eachother

Something happened... with the man they used for the experiment, we were told to go home and never speak about it again, that was 3 months ago"

Everything was quiet, the 5 people in the room wouldn't speak up their thoughts, but something was sure, they were all thinking the same thing...

"What about my family?" Luke spoke, looking at Dean for an answer, then at Michael who had his head down, fidgeting with his fingers, not daring to look at the blue eyed boy calling out for him "Michael, what about mom? Jack and Ben? What about Karen and Katie?!" *I always make mikey have a little sister idk why*

"I don't know okay?!" Michael yelled, his eyes filled of tears as well as Luke's "Stop asking me! Ask him!" He pointed to Dean, preventing the salty water to exit his eyes

"I have a family too y'know?" Dean spoke "I have a brother, and a fiancé *cof, destiel, cof* I don't know what to do either! Somehow I thought the 4 teenagers I selflessly saved from the goddamn apocalypse would be more grateful than a whining little bitch"

"And you should have thought that the 4 teenagers you so selflessly saved were gonna be worried about their families!" Michael stood up and left the room, slamming the door on his way

"Michael wait" Luke stood up behind him and ran to look for his best friend with who he was stucked on a world (or at least city) filled with flesh eating zombies
