"So, Lucas, tell the people about our new home" Michael grinned, pointing the camera at Luke as they investigated the different hallways of the hospital

"It's white" Luke spoke, looking around and saying the obvious "And cold" There wasn't really much to say, besides from the kitchen and the main room, of course they weren't allowed to be in the laboratories, they didn't want to bump into some deathly virus and die

"Well thanks, captain obvious" Michael laughed, turning the camera back to him "We're going to reveal the secret mysteries of tge CDC MUAHAHAHA" The blue haired laughed, making a close up on his eyes

"What mysteries?" Luke smirked

"Like, why is the food so shitty, the doubtful origin meat crisis" Luke laughed at that statement, he watched Michael walking a bit faster and a few steps in front of him, giving tiny jump like a little child. Luke thought it was adorable, it reminded him of the Michael pre-apocalypse, always smiling and on a good mood

But it's been a long time since then, and them both have been through too much, they have lost their families, they've lost so many people, Michael was shot. Now they sleep every night hugged against eachother, sometimes because they were so happy of being together, but most of the time it was because they were too scared that the next night they won't be able to do that anymore

None of them would bring it up though, they were safe now, there's nothing to worry "Mikey!" Luke called out for his boyfriend "Don't leave me behind!"

"Walk faster then" Michael continued walking through the hall, checking on every door with a window that he could find. Suddenly, he stopped on one. Behind it he could see a group of people dressed in full white clothes, surrounding a hospital bed with someone on it

The patient didn't stopped moving, it was like it wanted ti escape but the doctors managed to keep it on the bed. Michael started recording, trying to find an angle where he could see the patient's face

Then an inhuman noise came from the inside of the room and Michael could see who the patient was. April, her skin was pale and green-ish, her veins popped out under her skin and her eyes were bloodshot, starting to turn black

Michael didn't know if he should keep filming, but he did, no matter how scared and sick he felt "Michael, what are you doing?" Luke spoke, provoking the blue haired to jump, almost dropping the camera

"L-let's go" Michael wouldn't blink, he had his heart on his throat and was pretty sure he wasn't supposed to see what he just saw

"What? Mike, what is it?" That's when he noticed the door opening, so he took Luke's wrist and pulled him with him to the main room "Tell you later, just walk!"

"What are you doing here?" Someone spoke, catching the boys' attention. They slowly turned around, facing this man who was wearing full white lab clothes but they were stained in blood and other fluids

"Er... we got lost" Michael quickly spoke "We're new here" He had this uncomfortable smile, all he wanted was to get the hell out of there and process what he saw

"What is that?" The man had seen the camera on Michael's hand and the boy did his best to hide it behind Luke's body

"Nothing, ok, gotta go" Luke pulled Michael away into the hallway and started looking for an exit. After a while they stopped, Michael's eyes kept wide open and they were starting to tear up. The blue haired boy leaned into the wall, tugging from his hair and slowly descending to the floor "Mikey, what's wrong?"

"The-they're doing stuff... April, she's a thing" Michael muttered, but Luke didn't understand, he just saw his boyfriend's freaking out, and shakily pointing at the camera laying next to him

Luke picked it up and played the lastest recording. You could see the doctors, moving their hands around with different medical tools, in the middle of them a girl that looked like she was having a seizure. But Luke knew better, he could tell by the color of her skin she was already dead, it was a walker.

That's when the girl looked directly into camera and screamed. Luke gasped, almost dropping the device, that's April, besides the foam on her mouth and dark eyes it was her, she was dead and no one had been informed. Then the tape ended.

"Mikey, what do we do with this?" Luke spoke

"I-I don't know" Michael muttered, getting on his feet "We have to tell Sam, let's go" The boys started looking for the main room, hoping Sam would be there. Michael started to hear some steps in the distance, the sound bouncing on the walls of the desolated halls, but he just shrugged it off, it was probably his mind playing tricks on him

"Sam!" He yelled when he finally found the tall man "We have something to tell you"

"Where were you guys?" Sam smiled "I've been looking for you, what's wrong?"

"It's about April, you gotta see this" Luke handed the camera to Sam but he was interrupted by a sudden alarm noise coming from everywhere and filling the room. Big metallic walls were dropped down on every exit and the people inside did nothing about it, they only stared at the doors, realizing that they were trapped

"Everyone stay calm" A voice coming from the speakers said "This is only temporary, we're having technical difficulties but everything will be back to normality soon, thanks"

"Are we stucked here?" Luke turned to Michael with a panicked expression

"I-I don't know"
