New Family

"Brag!" Fenicia shouts as she chases the tall boy down the hall.

"Nicia!" Bragstin shouts as he stands at the bottom of the staircase. "Just think one day you'll have to put up with me." Fenicia's eyes widen.

"I will not put up with your games." Her voice calmer than before "Give me my phone back." she jumps up on Bragstin's back and he supported her.

"My dad said to dress nicely we're going out for dinner." He rolls his eyes as he reads the message. "Go put a dress I guess is what he means." Bragstin walks up to Fenicia's room and to her closet and Fenicia follows. "You wear this one and I'll wear this one." all Fenicia could do was laugh.

"Sounds good." and right then and there Bragstin stripped and slipped on the light pink floral dress. "You were serious!"

"Go put yours on." She does as Bragstin says and when she returns they hear a familiar voice.

"Bragstin, Fenicia!" The voice calls

"My mom is home." Fenicia walks down the stairs and Bragstin follows.

"Sweetie you lo-Bragstin what are you doing?" Her mom looks at the boy walking into the room behind her.

"Dressing nice like dad said, Gina will you take a picture?" He asks as he hands her his phone.

"Your dad is going to kill you Mr." Fenicia laughs at her mom's words.

Bragstin pulls Fenicia into the frame and they both smile, "I'll send it to you."  he smiles as Gina hands his phone back.

"Now let's get you properly dressed." Fenicia takes Bragstin's hand and drags him up to her brother old room.

"I'm lucky you have a brother." He chuckles as he goes through the closet and pulls out a nice outfit.

"Yeah, one who moved away to start a new life." She adds and leaves the room but pops her head back in. "Oh and that dress doesn't go with your hairy legs." winking she finally leaves.

"Are you ready?" Bragstin's dad nervously asks as the two teens walk down the stairs from Fenicia's room. "No dress?" his dad asks jokingly.

"You see a little birdie told me my legs were too hairy." Bragstin glares at Fenicia.

"Let's just go." Fenicia laughs and walks out the door to her car.

"I'm riding with you!" Bragstin shouts as she rushes to the passenger side.

The drive to the restaurant was longs and loud, Bragstin blasted some One Direction and the two sang along.

Sitting at the table as a family wasn't the first for them but tonight was different, while they waited for their food Bragstin's  dad stood up and got on one knee.

"Looks like you have to deal with me now." Bragstin whispered and pulled out his phone to begin recording.

"Gina Williams it has been a long two years of dating and I've been thinking, our kids like each other we defiantly like each other and I know the hour drive to my house is long for you. I was going to save this for another night but tonight we have everyone." And out of nowhere walks Keegan, Fenicia's brother. "Gina Williams will you and your daughter move in with me?" He pauses and everyone looks at him confused "Also Georgina Grace Williams will you marry me?"

"Hank, I will, yes."  Gina smiles and Hank slips the ring on to her finger and they share a kiss.

"Get a room." Keegan laughs.

"Shut up and eat your food." Hank smiles but the only look Fenicia could give was priceless.

"What's that face for?" Bragstin asks as he records the moment they just shared.

"I'm your sister." Fenicia sighs. "I'm going to die." She takes a drink of her water. "Just when I thought the videos were over but they begin again."

"You heard it right from her, the videos begin again." Bragstin smiles from behind the phone.

"This means I have to go to a new school, I'll lose my friends." Fenicia puts her head down to think of what to say.

"What friends, I'm your only one." Bragstin laughs and she hits his arm.

"Leave me alone Bragstin Michael Moore." She spits out.

"Don't use my full name Fenicia Marie Williams." he spits back.

"Stop fighting and eat." Keegan places the food in its correct spots.

The car ride back to Fencia's house was the longest ride ever, Bragstin recorded things for his video, Fenicia blasted music and the two fought over who was the better sibling.

"What a night, Dad said it's just me and you tonight." Bragstin winks as he unlocks the door and enters the house.

"And Levi." Fenicia points out the white and gray puppy fast asleep on the couch.

"I forgot about him, he hates me." Bragstin sighs loudly and up jumps Levi.

"Hey, Levi." Fenicia kneels down to his size to pick him up. "Give Brag a kiss." she laughs as Levi growls at the sight of Bragstin.

"See!" Bragstin shouts as he walks to the couch.

"He's just a puppy." Fenicia defends

"That's no excuse." Bragstin was feeling a little unloved.

"Oh Bragstin your not a dog person." Bragstin turns on his camera and records Levi who sat on the floor growling at him. "He loves you...secretly."

"You see, dogs like Levi hate me." He reaches out to pet him but he tries to bit Bragstin's hand.

"Get used to him, there will be a lot of him in the picture now." Fenicia skips to the kitchen. "Now how about World End, popcorn, and some cuddles?" she asks and Bragstin agrees "I was talking to Levi but you can join." Fenicia jokes and rushes around to make the popcorn, find the move, get some drinks and a few blankets.

"You see, she's so mean to me." Bragstin says into the camera.

boring I know but this is all I could think of, it'll get better, soon will come some horrible but good things like rumors and hate and meeting the boy at the grocery store yup I just gave away the next possible chapter (just kidding)
this is just the beginning and like every good story, there are lead-ups.
