Just A Tour

Fenicia hangs her head low as she walks through the market with her mother, the look of death fills her face due to the news she had received two weeks ago about her best friend.

"Fenicia, Georgie is happy now, she wasn't doing good." Instead of answering her mother's words she sighs louder and continues to walk. "Don't keep pushing people away."

Fenicia pulls out her phone and walks, not paying any attention bumps into someone. "My bad." She stumbles and looks up at the tall blue eyed boy who was organizing a shelf.

"You're good." He smiled, Fenicia paused time almost, she felt like he could be a great friend, a good person to have around. "Hello?" She hears the boy chuckle.

Fenicia snaps out of her trance, "I'm Fenicia, I'm new to town."

"Nash, that's my name, need a tour around town?" She nods at his offer. "I take that as a yes." He looks over at Fenicia's mom who was smiling at her daughter's effort in a new friend.

"Just exchange numbers and get back to work, Nash." A voice is heard from behind them and they both laugh.

"Here, put it in." She hands him her phone and that's a first usually she doesn't let anyone touch her phone, not even Bragstin.

Nash puts his number in her phone and texts himself "hey, show this new girl around." He sends it and Fenicia shakes her head when she notices what he had done.

When she walks away to meet up with her mother who was smiling she hugged her. "Sweetie I'm happy for you." All Fenicia does is smile and nod.

Bragstin sighs as he watches his little sister get ready for her tour around town with a complete stranger that will be here in about 20 minutes.

As those 20 minutes pass Fenicia sings the usual song by State Champs, the one she loves to hear Bragstin sings the song by the name 'If I'm Lucky'
Bragstin joins in on singing and Fenicia stops just to listen.

"Hello beautiful, it's obvious that you're hearing every word is say-" Fenicia cuts him off.

"He's here and cover it." She flashes a smile and skips down the stairs.
Bragstin follows behind and he stops right at the last step, slowly Fenicia opens the door and by the time the door is fully open his mouth drops.

Nash is the most popular boy in school, known for breaking hearts and for hitting on every girl.
Fenicia walks away and slowly Bragstin walks up tho Nash, "You hurt or lose her tonight, you'll be the biggest loser." Bragstin scares the kids a little.

"Bragstin, it's just a tour, not a date." Nash defends himself.

"Don't let her get hurt and don't lose her, stay with her at all times." He says sternly.

From behind him, he could hear Fenicia clear her throat. "Is everything okay?" She asks kindly.

"Everything is fine." Nash smiles at her. "Now whenever you're ready I'm ready." He nods to her.

"Now I'll be back later tonight, see you then." She hugs her older brother and heads out the door with Nash.

All Bragstin can think is; what will happen to this girl?
