Goggles explorrd more photos, until he saw personal ones, like long distance planning, Riders family photos, with some other people he didn't know.
"Whoops, too deep in memory lane huh....? " Goggles said to himself out loud.
He shut the book and put it on his shelf, he opened the next, the one with no cover. So hard to open...! He thought, the first few pages were stuck together.
It flung open! The pages had a mark, and Goggles sighed.
The first few pages of the book were empty, they had a date written on them but no story or something, so Goggles grabbed a chunk of pages and flipped them to the next one. It had not date written on the top.
"Sigh, "
Goggles took a deep breath, and read the beginning of the page.
"I had a wonderful time with my friends. Since he's following me around everyday, I have to act like a role model. He may be annoying, but I think I'm the only one who can put up with him...."
"Wha-....? " Goggles kept on reading.
"... No one says it often, but he's sweet, that's what I see on the inside, I know hes trying to become a better inkling, and when he does, I'll bet he'll be as smart as a whip..? "
"What does that mean...? "
Ring.......
Ring......
Glasses.) 'Hello? '
Goggles.) "Hello I have a question"
Glasses)" sigh....What is it? "
Goggles) "What does, 'as smart as a whip mean?' "
Glasses) "Where'd you get that from? "
Goggles) "I'm reading Riders... Diary it seems, and it says, 'Ill bet he'll be as smart as a whip...? ' I think he's writing about me..! "
Glasses) "he's saying you have potential! "
Beep....
........
"Me? Have potential.... Huh.. I thought he hated me after I stole all his underwear.!!! " Goggles smiled and put away the book.
"This makes me actually want to try, I think it's his though, the hand writing does look familiar.

Goggles started to walk outside, a new being apparently. He walked up to Crusty Sean's shop and offered to help him.
"I don't know, things always go wrong when I let you work here... "
"I know! But I've changed! And I'm going to help for real! "
"Okay... "
~
"Goggles hurry up.! " Crusty Sean called out.
"Yes Sir"
Goggles continued to work hard as more orders were called out, why is the shop so busy on a Sunday? There was no special occasion or things like that.. But Goggles didn't complain and just went along with everything, he made small mistakes like forgetting someone's drinks, it seemed like a lot of people had tickets that they wanted to spend today. Like all other days, this one seemed to go by in the blink of an eye, and before he knew it, Goggles was already closing up the shop with Crusty Sean.
"Phew! Today was busy! "
"Its one day in a year where I accept cash, and not tickets! " Crust Sean said.
"...... Can I have some food then...? "
"Sure, you've worked hard! You can have it on the house. "
"I'm not eating my food in the roof..."
"No, its free! " Crusty Sean said.
"Oh Cool! "
Goggles gladly accepted the food and thanked Crusty Sean as he made his way back home. When he made it home he saw Glasses there with a box. "What are you doing here bud? " Goggles asked.
"Waiting for you! Where have you been? "
"I.... Was helping crusty Sean on one of his most busiest times of the year. "
"....? "
"You should've been there! He said its the one time of the year where instead of paying with tickets, you pay with cash!! "
"Oh.. " Glasses sighed.
"Anyways what's in the box? Its first me? " Goggles said, he peeked his head in the crack if the box, it was semi open, but since it was late, it was hard to see,
"You forgot to take the box when you opened it, "
"Hm...?"
"Ugh, in summary, this box is filled with the rest if the books you didn't take home! "
"Oh... Well come in! I'm not carrying that in the house, it looks heavy.. "
Goggles open the door and let his friend enter first, he followed and locked the door.
