Why this? Mattia asked himself, as he laid in bed crying. He couldn't stop looking for reasons on why people would leave him. He hugs his pillow as tears drop into it

He feels empty, alone. He just wish he could go to someone that would receive him with a hug. He kept sobbing into the pillow as he drifted into a sleep.

-𝓐𝓵𝓮𝓳𝓪𝓷𝓭𝓻𝓸-

Music blasted thru the earphones, as Alejandro ripped a page from his notebook. He's been trying to do a math homework for an hour, but would get and answer.

"Kairi is in this same class, I should call him"

He whispered to himself, getting his phone which was besides him. Looking for Kairi's contact and hitting the camera button once he found it. The phone ringed a few times, when he was about to hang up, the phone lighted up with Kairi's face in it.

"Sorry, was doing homework" Kairi said, excusing himself. "You're ok?" he asked.

"Yeah, I guess you were doing maths?" Alejandro asked, looking for the answer he wanted.

"Yeah" the shorter said, sighting at it "I'm stuck at number 5 what about you?"

"Im still in 3 fuck" Alejandro said, throwing himself back in his chair, annoyed because of the homework.

"You want be to come by? Maybe we can figure it out" Kairi said looking for a solution to both of their problems.

"Please, I'm alone so let yourself in" he said in a relived tone.

"I'll be there in 15 probably" Kairi spoke as he hanged the call.

Alejandro throw his phone on the desk, putting both of his hand in the back of his head. He started humming a song while he waited.

-𝓜𝓪𝓽𝓽𝓲𝓪-

Mattia woke up at the banging coming from his door, he checked the hour on his phone and saw it was 4:57pm. He slept thru the whole day. He got up and walked slowly to the door, opening it and seeing his furious father.

"Where have you been kid?" His father asked, with a deep raspy voice. Mattia knew how it would end by the sound of it.

"I-I fell asleep doing homework" he lied, trying to convince his father, but he knew it would take a lot more than that.

"Show it to me then" his father said with a devilish smirk on his face. Mattia widened his eyes while turning his view to his desk, which was empty.

"I-I have to get it out..." he got cut off by his father's fist on his face. His body falling to the floor like a feather. He knew he got caught, this would end up bad.

"Please I-I'm sorry papa" he whimpered out, trying to crawl away from his father. He felt the pain from the left side of his face, and the hot tears strolling down his cheeks.

His father kneeled infront of Mattia, grabbing his jaw harshly, making him whine from the pain. "What did I told you about lying to me?" He asked, not wanting an answer. "You're the one doing this to yourself" he said, looking at the kid eyes, they showed fear, pain, but he didn't care.

His father looked at him directly, later to change his view to the youngest plump read lips. Running a finger on the top of them, he looked back at the kids eyes.

"I'm sorry" he said, fear was in his voice. His dad grunted as he smacked Mattia's cheek. "You're just digging your own hole kid" his father said as he stand back up, and leaves the room slamming the door shut, making the younger jump.

He laid on the floor, bringing his knees to his chest and silently crying. "It's ok, everything it's ok, you're ok" he kept repeating the phrase over and over. He knew he had to get out of his house, he was gonna end up dead, either by his father or his own choice.

-𝓐𝓵𝓮𝓳𝓪𝓷𝓭𝓻𝓸-

Alejandro got out of the shower with a white towel around his waist. His friend hadn't arrived so he decided to get a shower. He looked thru his closet for something simple. He ended with a white tank top and grey shorts.

He put on his boxers and finished dressing himself. He put everything back and laid on his bed waiting for his friend. While on that, he decided to look thru his photos. Seeing a couple where his friends and him were hanging out, things have changed since a few months back. They have distanced themselves due to different reasons.

He was worried, he has heard about the majority of the group, except for Mattia. While looking at a picture from him and Mattia, Kairi opened the door with a smile.

"Hope you aren't jerking or anything" he said giggling while putting his bag in the floor.

"Well is something you would enjoy" Alejandro said with a smirk, sitting in the border of his bed.

"Yeah you wished" the shorter said laughing. "What were you up to?" He asked, turning to look at the latter.

"I was just looking at some old photos" he said throwing his phone to the bed. "Have you heard something from Mattia?" Alejandro asked, with a worried face.

"No, I haven't heard from him since last time we hanged out" he said running a hand thru his locks. Giving a senseless look at the boy.

"I think we should give him a call or something, you know how he is" he said grabbing his phone and standing up to go to his desk.

"I guess we should" Kairi said shrugging his shoulders. Kairi was friend with Mattia, but he knew Alejandro and Mattia were more closer. Kairi was closer to Robert, which he last spoke to a few hours ago.

Alejandro looked for Mattias contact on his phone, once he found it he pressed his finger on the call button. He waited while the phone rang a few times. At the end there was no answer.

"Call him again" said Kairi "you know his phone is in silence all the time" Alejandro nodded his head, knowing for a fact that it was true. He gutted the button again. After a few rings a deep voice came drone the phone

"Hello?" Mattia asked. "Hey how you been?" Alejandro asked happily since his friend had answered.

"Well I've been going thru it, how about you?" He asked with no emotions in his voice, but deep down he was happy Alejandro had called him.

"I've been on the same, I'm with Kairi I'm my room" he said, looking back at the shorter one. "Hey!" Kairi shouted to Alejandro's direction.

"Hey buddy"  Mattia said with a smile, even tho no one could see it. "Why don't we meet up at the park?" He said curiously "like old times" he added looking down.

"I-I guess we could, what time?" He said with a knot on his throat, knowing it would be hard to ask his dad. "I don't know, what about 5:00?" Alejandro said looking at the clock.

"Good, I'll se you there then" he said hanging up. Alejandro looked back at Kairi smiling. "You up for 5?" He asked "I'll see, I already said to Roshaun I was gonna go by his house" he said with a guilty smile on him. "It's ok, don't worry about it"

As Alejandro said that, he got his paper and started discussing it with Kairi, in order to get ready to see his friend.

Hey guysss, so this is the first chapter obv, I'm pushing myself for them to be long, good chapters. This was mostly a filler cause I have an idea on how to get to the point.

N e ways, hope you guys like it and sorry for the bad writing, it's the first time I write a story in literal years but, enjoy!!
