Bio: long story short, he's basically the very sophisticated version of my OC Razz but they aren't related or alike in anyway! Jagger is subtly rude, and will tease/harass/scare the shit outta you, absolutely hates slackers and no one taking things seriously. He only likes humans due to the fact that they're his good source and their screaming and pleading is entertaining. He's a very highly ranked vampire, almost a royal but not quite. He doesn't like dirty things so be sure you're tidy and neat when you meet him. If you're a girl, hope he don't got plans... iF yOu KnOw WhAt I mEaN
Like Razz, He believes that if someone is going to die, they should at least have a fighting chance. So play his games fairly and win... depending on his mood and the game.
Powers include: Hypnosis Paralysis Luring And if ego was a power, that would be his strongest Mind reading but not for prolong periods of time
