"Can I have Royce Braer to the stand?" Ty's attorney said. I got up and walked to the stand and sat down quickly. I repeated the oath and got ready for the dumb ass questions.

"Mr. Braer, just tell me what happened the night Kimma was hospitalized." "Me and Terren was at a party on the beach in front of our hotel. Kimma was mad because we got in an argument so she didn't go, but she came later and Terren..." I stopped and looked at Terren. He gave me a 'go on' look. "Terren suggested she go talk to Ty because he didn't want her to be lonely..." "Don't say anymore, Ms. Braer. That's enough," The attorny said. I looked at Terren. He looked mad; I wondered if it was my fault.

"But Terren didn't know what they were gonna do," I said, "Ty and Kimma left the party and went back to Ty's hotel room, I don't know what happened there. When Ty called Terren and told him she was in the hospital, he was just as surprised as I was."

"And when Ty called, what did he say?" Shawn asked. "Terren and I asked him where Kimma was since she didn't have her phone. He told us she was at the hospital because she had fell and he told us where she was at," I replied. Both the attorney and the lawyer nodded. "And how did you find out about the drugs?" "The doctors told us she had a concussion and there was unknown substance in her."

"Why didn't you call Kimma's father?" Shawn asked. I shrugged. "Because the doctor said that she was gonna be okay," I said.

Again, he said that was enough and I went back to my seat next to Terren. "I would like to continue tomorrow," the lawyer said. The judge nodded. "The court will resume tomorrow," he said.
