Hi! And welcome to my post for those who haven't seen any of my posts before.....Looking at the topic I chose today, the first thing you'll say to yourself is "it's followed by me" but think again.... Is it truly followed?
I'm sure that you all think that in this post, I'm going to say , women are better than men, etc, etc..... But NO.. All humans regardless of their caste, creed, gender, race, economic state and so on are EQUAL no one is better than the other..
Let me take an example, Many homes keeps different utensils for maids... Can you imagine what state of mind they go through... it's as if their touch will make it impure. How is that possible! They HELP you in your work and then this is how we repay them.. just money isn't enough! They too need to be treated with respect and care. Without these people who clean the roads, the malls etc our life is impossible, and WE need to treat them the way we would treat any friend. They are not a different species!
Let me take another example, how many times are we shocked when we see a boy cry. Or see a girl act in a rowdy way...people set stereotypes (to create a false image about another person) about people who they have never met in their life... The government makes laws for this equality but to implement this in our house is totally our job. WE have to ensure that we don't treat others differently. Another thing that bothers me is that why do people think girls are weak?!?! They are as capable as boys-not more, not less. All boys and girls need to be brought up in the same way instead teaching different values to different genders.
You must have noticed even at school teachers always pick boys to pick up chairs tables etc... but I ask this question WHY??
Even the colored people or so called 'black people' are treated like a different species by some people{of course not everyone}.and because of what..? The color of their skin. And don't even get me started on religious equality. Everyone just believes their religion is the only one that should be followed while the rest are fake. Is this really our mindset...?
It is no different for the disabled or third genders.. they too are just like us so-called "normal people". So, WHY do we need to differentiate?? No matter how much I ask myself this question, I'm never able to get an answer strong enough justifying these unjust moves.
We need to move forward not by pushing others down but by working hard ourselves to reach success.. Meaning, we look down on people so that we feel higher than we actually are. Don't worry this is human mindset. We all want to be a shining star, but this must be done without oppressing and discriminating with others. I humbly request all those reading this post please spread awareness among your friends and family as we all need to make a difference ..
Please tell me in comments if you have ever stopped an inequality from happening and how...We all CAN make a difference, and I am 100% sure!
