Jon
He stood in the car dealership feeling both tired and rejuvenated from his run.
Jon had jogged almost thirty kilometers from his mansion into the city and whilst he was incredibly fit, his limbs were starting to ache slightly so walking back was a definite no.
So here he was standing in front of his newly purchased car, the black beauty that he couldn't wait to rev up and down the block as he drove back home.
He was just waiting for the lady to hurry up.
'Mr. Dayne' a voice said from behind him.
Jon turned to see the copper blonde son of Tywin Lannister decked out in a fine piece Armani suit.
'If it isn't the golden boy' he chirped from his seat.
Jaimie gave him that rueful smile of his. He had aged remarkably looking handsome even with the now evident grey hairs in display on his beard. Jon glared at him up and down, after Tyrion's debacle he was not particularly interested in Lannisters.
'Don't worry I am not here to race you' Jaimie replied pointing to his fitted jogging attire.
Jon almost sniffed as he drank a cup of water.
'Seeing an old man like you at 7 am in Kings Landing with the escort service down the street, trust me that is not where my mind went to when I saw you' he replied.
Jaimie ignored the insult and looked at the Mustang with its top down and smiled.
'Strange detour for a jog' Jaimie replied his tone not hiding the fascination he also saw in the black beauty.
Jon shrugged.
'Got tired and didn't want to jog back' he stated.
'Most people would call a cab or an uber' Jaimie remarked.
Jon sniffed.
'Most people aren't worth over a hundred billion. Is there a point to this visit?' he questioned. 'Given your limo outside I highly doubt you're here to get a sports car.'
Jaimie turned his green eyes around the room before looking at him.
'Tyrion, I want to know why you fired him?' Jaimie questioned.
Jon glared at him.
'Do you want to know or does your father want to know?' he questioned.
'I do' Jaimie replied.
Jon studied him and saw true concern in the man's eyes. He had always known that Tyrion had a rocky relationship with his family but Jaimie was the one he kept in contact with. So if anyone was to care it would be Jaimie.
'Well even if I wanted to tell you, and I don't. This is internal business and last I checked you're a Lannister' he stated.
Jaimie raised his hand to halt him from moving away.
'Look I care about my brother and I have wanted him to join Lanniscorp and help me run it but he kept refusing saying he was happy there and given your firm's success, I would say he was doing a good job so I need to know. I heard about Raventree and how he's with Varys now' his green eyes implored him and if Jon weren't as experienced as he was then he would have fell for this act but he knew better.
If Jaimie was really worried about Tyrion and how he was faring then he would have called Tyrion.
'I will tell you what Jaimie, I will answer your question if you tell me if it's your dad that sent you here' he responded.
