Coco, a 4-month old German Shepherd gets stranded in the Cloosh Valley area while he was out for a walk with the family, and after 8 hours of looking for his dad, he stumbles across Padraig who works at the wind farm nearby.
After a failed attempt...
It's the Christmas season. People are out shopping, kids are enjoying their holidays, houses are being decorated with lights, Christmas trees everywhere, the whole of Oughterard is vibing great. Early in the morning, Aine and Mary reach Padraig's home. The family greets the guests and eat lunch together. Meanwhile, Mary asks Riley & Mark about their encounter at the river, while Coco flexing his dancing skills to Aine. It's a happy day at home, people are appreciative of each other.

Mary signs the business documents and wishes Padraig & Aine the best in their pursuit. She giveaway all the gifts she brought for the kids, takes few selfies with the super kids and starts off to Dublin after lunch. Aine's family too, joins the party in the evening, her kids Saoirse and Cillian along with Mark & Riley and other friends play monopoly, Christmas Charades, Bingo, and spend some time playing VR games. Padraig calls and invites Keith and all his neighbors for the dinner. Christmas came early into Padraig's neighborhood.
Kids went to sleep early that day, and Padraig and Annitta after a busy day went to sleep at midnight. At around 2 am, a burglar scaled the wall and managed to sneak into Padaig's house. He entered the guest room and didn't see much of the valuables in there. 3 days earlier there was a burglary that happened in one of the houses in Oughterard. The thief managed to steal some money and ornaments. Though the people of the tiny town alerted everyone else about the series of burglaries that are happening in the county, it never came into the radar of Padraig and the family.
The thief got into Padraig's bedroom and managed to find money and some other valuables and silently got them into his bag. The happy thief then got into the hallway and started packing laptops and speakers and left Mark's painting aside.

Coco who's sleeping in his safe space, a wooden crate in the kids' bedroom could hear some noise in the hallway. Coco starts growling a little and that woke Riley and Mark. They could hear some noise as well in the hallway. At first, Mark thinks it was his parents packing something and goes asleep after comforting Riley and Coco.
Meanwhile, Riley who's near to the kennel can see Coco's discomfort. She senses something wrong, straightaway takes Mark's tablet from the desk. Mark has an app from which he can access the CCTV. She opens the app and notices that the main door is slightly opened. She then checks the guest room and sees that the light is on and stuff everywhere. Straightaway, she wakes Mark up and shows him the CCTV footage.
Mark quickly understands what's happening and he did hear of the recent burglaries from his pals on their Whatsapp group. He then checks the hallway, thanks to the night vision cameras, he sees this man looking for stuff. Riley asks him to call the cops and he does it straightaway. After notifying the cops, he forwards the CCTV screenshots to his father and his pals. Meanwhile, Riley makes all the effort to keep Coco silent till the cops arrive.
Luckily, Padraig wakes up and sees his phone, and understands that there is a thief inside the home. Padraig is a tall man and learned martial arts when he was and can take the thief on his own. Yet, he asks Annitta to close the bedroom door and he goes out silently from the other door locks the main door from outside, and calls the neighbors asking them for help. Along with two of his neighbors, Padraig opens the main door and confronts the thief one on one.
After a little grappling and Padraig manages to bring the thief to the ground. Fearful Annitta runs into the kids' room. After reassuring them, she and her kids look into the CCTV and see the cops neutralize the thief. Some of the cops are speaking to Padraig while some are taking details from the thief. It's almost 2:51 am and Padraig thanks the cops and his neighbors for their effort to keep his family safe.
Coco, the silent hero of the event goes back into his kennel after receiving lovely hugs from Riley. Momma and daddy congratulate their kids for their quick thinking. They rearrange everything back in the hallway and goes to sleep along with the kids.
5:00 am. Padraig thanks the Lord for giving him such a beautiful, appreciative, and healthy family.
