You decide to start following the blonde girl. You observe her as she runs away from the guards chasing her. You go unnoticed because of how you're hiding out on the tops of buildings. You're dashing trying to keep up with all the craziness going on.

She's nearing the end of the guarded area, the plan was working perfectly. You find her almost completely cornered by a few guards. She was supposed to get away, that way she didn't seriously get in trouble for something that wasn't anyone's fault. You watch as the guards inch closer about to capture her.

Out of thin air, a mad does a flip in front of her, and he lands in just the right place to fight off the guards, and he succeeded too. You wonder if Zhongli could have planned for this man to appear.

No, he couldn't have. Because the man saving her was none other than your own savior, Tartaglia.

How could he interfere with things like this? Sure he was helping keep her safe but that wasn't his job. You felt a little jealous, but you have Zhongli on your side, so there's no need to worry, right? But this still made you feel less. What was so special about this girl?

You decided to calm yourself and leave the scene, heading to Tartaglia's boat, where you assume you can confront him once he's done.

Time passes and sure enough you were right, Tartaglia did come back after a while.

"Who was she?" you ask, sounding a little more annoyed than you might have wanted to show him.

"Huh, who?" You can tell he really doesn't know who you're talking about but you're in a feisty mood.

"Don't play dumb! The blonde girl you saved from the guards!" You should back.

"You were watching? Y/N, I don't even know her name! What do you think i'm like with her or something??"

"I don't know it sure seemed like it!" You say back, now feeling a little guilty about going off on him. You lower your head down, a little embarrassed. Tartaglia moves your hair back behind your ear, then puts his hand on your chin and raises your head a little.

"Y/N, you will always be my number one." He says blushing. You blush back at him, and then think of Zhongli. What would he think of this?

"But I have to go now," he says, "We will meet again."

You both part ways, and you head back to the funeral parlor.

On your way back, the sky turns dark, and you can feel the cold and moist wind against your face. The city begins to look like a shadow. You know this is any good, and begin sprinting back to the parlor to tell Zhongli.

When you arrive, the door is locked and all the windows are shut and dark.

"Let me in!" You say pounding on the door. You hear the lock turn and the door opens enough for you to slide in. It's all dark, and you see Hu Tao sitting in a corner.

"Shhhh!" She says.

"Wha- What's going on? Where's Zhongli??"

"You can't tell anyone I let you in! Zhongli told me about this earlier, that people would seek shelter, the city may be under attack. I don't know how or why, but we have to stay safe!" Hu Tao says. You like how she can trust Zhongli, you can admire that in her.

"I was just out there, it was all dark and there was a huge wind, I'm lucky you were here to let me in." You respond.

The two of you wait in the dark parlor, barely ever saying a word, you're sitting under the table, Hu Tao in a corner covered with a blanket.

After the "storm" passes, you go out searching for Zhongli. Hu Tao told you to look for him at the Bank so he can explain everything. So, that's where you head.

After climbing up the stairs, you see the door to the Northland Bank. The blonde girl exits right as you enter. She seems to ignore you, or just not notice.

Inside the golden and red bank you see Zhongli, Childe, and a tall blonde woman.

"I was expecting you." Zhongli says.

"Y- Y/N?" Childe says, surprised to see that you were the one Zhongli was expecting.
