We are on our way to mine and the baby's 2 month appointment Vees usually at school when we go and that's where she was and we just got to the hospital and I checked in then we sat on the waiting room for about 20 minutes then our dr named Amelia took us to our room I sat on the table and she lifted my shirt putting the gel on and when she looked at the screen she looked shocked and me and Colby didn't know why "what's the problem?" I asked "one second.." she said as she walked out the room and grabbed another doctor named Stella.

"Oh wow" Stella said "what is it..?" Me and Colby asked and they showed us the screen "your having twins guys congratulations" Stella said as my mouth dropped as everything just hit me and I looked at Colby and he was tearing up with his head down "we'll give you guys a moment.." they said and left "I'm so sorry Y/n.. I don't know if we can handle 3 kids rn it's gonna be a lot yeah we have everyone but we moved out and there a bit away from us and that's means I have to get a real job to pay for the four of us.. I'm sorry I'm thinking your gonna leave me after.." he said

"I'll start posting on yt again I can help all of us and I will never leave you in a million years I love you and Vee and our two other kids too" I said as I opened my arms for a hug and we hugged for a bit then Amelia came back in "are you guys all good" she asked as I nodded "we just need to buy more things now" I said and Colby still looked scared out of his mind "I need some air I'll be back.." he said as he left the room "what's up with him.." Amelia asked "yk Vee well she's not my bio daughter Colby had her when he was a senior year in high school and his gf at the time left him right when Vee was born.. so every now and then sometimes he breaks down and thinks I'll do the same which I won't" I said

"Ah my brother went through the same thing so how old are y'all?" Amelia asked "we're 21 he turns 22 January 2nd and I turn 22 March 15th" I said and Colby came back in the room "I'm sorry I wanted to tell my mom so she could help too.." he said and sat next to me "it's alright" I said "well let's check how baby 1 and 2 are doing right?" Amelia said as she checked them out and they were perfectly healthy thank god, "okay well everything's perfect so your all done here and we'll see you next month" Amelia said and wiped the gel off my stomach and Colby helped me down.

  "How did this even happen how did we not know?" I asked "oh it's rare but it's called hidden twin syndrome where one hides behind the other but if Pain and sickness ever gets to bad call and I can get you some medication" Amelia said and we nodded and we got in our car and Colby drove "I totally wasn't expecting that..." I said "me either but we'll get through this together and my mom said my said give her a call whenever you need to" Colby said "alrighty but I'm starving can we get food?" I asked.

"Ofc I mean your eating for 3 so you can eat as much as you want but let's pick up Vee first" Colby said as we pulled up to her school he went in real quick and got her once she got in he drove again "have fun at school and we have some big news.." I said "I had fun and what is it?" She asked "well we're having two babies that's means you'll have two baby siblings" I said "ooo I an even bigger sister now" She said as we laughed.
