{Chapter. 28 welcome home}

Colbys pov

I was laying on the couch with the twins on my chest just relaxing holding them well Y/n was asleep but today we get to go home if they pass the car seat test it won't be for a few hours since it was just barely 8:30 and we can leave at 12pm after hanging with the twins for a while Y/n woke up and I walked over sitting on the chair next to her and Luna and Alex looked at Y/n "yeah your mommy's up now are you too hungry?" I said as they looked at me starting to smile a little "I guess that's a yes" I said as Y/n took them from me and feed them I took Luna and burped well Y/n did the same with Alex.

I set Luna in her bassinet "Imma get dressed real quick I'll be back" I said as Y/n nodded and Luna looked at me with a blank expression I went in the bathroom and changed into a Take chances tshirt with black ripped skinny jeans I tied my black airforces and came back out when I heard Luna crying "aw what's wrong sweetheart" I said well Y/n was already next to her trying to comfort her but when she heard me talk she stopped just sniffing "that's all you needed was your daddy how can he leave you alone for 5 seconds" Y/n said.

I picked Luna up and held her sitting on the couch and took Alex too so Y/n can get dressed Y/n came out wearing a Vans tshirt with stretchy pants and black converse "now let's get these two cuties ready" I said as I handed Luna to Y/n and we changed their diapers and into their onesies with their mittens so they can't scratch their face their onesies just had little forest animals on them and my parents and brother already left but Y/ns at The trap house rn till we bring these two home after about 30 mins Amelia came in and she measured them again and she put them in their car seats and after testing them on all the things they passed.

"Okay so you guys can leave once you sign these papers" Amelia said and we signed the papers and handed them to her and we Carrie them to the car and secured their car seats in and we got in the car ourselves and we drove to the traphouse to pick up Vee "I can't wait to sleep in our comfy bed" Y/n said "me either, that couch was so uncomfortable" I said "you could have slept with me yk" Y/n said "I know but that bed was so small I didn't wanna accidentally roll on top of you" I said as she nodded and we got to the traphouse and Sam came out with Vee.

I got out the car and Vee ran to me "I missed you daddy" Vee said as I smiled "I missed you too Vee but let's go home and we can eat some lunch okay" I said as she nodded and I thanked Sam for watching her and he went back inside I buckled Vee in the middle of the twins and I got in my seat and drove us home, we took the twins inside when we got there and Vee ran up to her room "welcome home guys" I said as I looked at them kissing their heads and they had blank expressions on their faces and we set them in their swings in the living room and we went in the kitchen to make some lunch.
