{Chapter 37. Arizona}

Colbys pov

We made it to Arizona after a few hours and we parked at the RV park. After we all got ready and ate the sandwiches we made we started walking the trails they had. "Daddy look at this rock." Vee said as she held up a blue and black rock "it's very pretty Vee, if you want you can keep it." I said as she smiled and held Sams hand again as they walked. I walked in the back with Y/n and the twins. The twins were really enjoying the outdoors since we really haven't took them outside that much yet since they were still pretty young.

After a few hours of hiking all the kids got tired and Sam had to carry Vee since she was so tired. She was asleep on his shoulder the whole way back to the RV as the Alex slept on my chest and Luna slept on Y/ns chest. Once we got inside the RV we layed the twins and Vee down for a nap. When they were layed down Me, Sam and Jake went out to get fire wood for the fire pit they had at our RV site. The girls stayed behind so they can keep a eye on the kids and do face masks.

Y/n's pov

Me and the girls were doing face masks and drinking some wine well the guys got firewood. It was nice and peaceful since they were doing their own thing. "I think we should do this more often" I said as I sipped my wine "We totally should this is so nice" Kat said as Tara nodded in agreement "I think when we get back to LA we should all get our nails done, including Vee" Tara said "I agree I think Vee would love to get her nails done" I said with a smile as Kat nodded. After we took the face masks off the guys came back. "We're back" Colby said "okay we'll be outside in a minute" I said.

    Once me and the girls finished getting ready in our pjs we went outside and sat by the fire with the guys. Vee came out 15 minutes later and sat on Colbys lap eating a s'more I made for her. "Can I have another s'more?" Vee asked looking at me "ofc you can but you don't want to many or you'll get sick." I said making her another one. The reason I was making her them is because we didn't want her close to the fire yet since she's only 4. We're gonna wait till she is 6 before she can make her own. Once I was done making the s'more I gave it to Vee.

    "Thank you mommy" Vee said as she took a bite "your welcome sweetie" I said sitting her on my lap as Colby got the twins. "Is it really yummy?" I asked "super yummy" Vee said holding up the s'more to my mouth so I can take a bite. "It's okay sweetie it's yours" I said as she nodded eating it as Colby sat back down with the twins on his lap. "Looks who's awake now" Colby said looking down at the twins as they looked around with wonder in their eyes. "They look so cute in their onesies" I said as Colby nodded in agreement then we switched off with the kids.

    I layed a blanket over my shoulder as I fed the twins watching as everyone talked with each other having a good time. Vee was talking to Colby about who knows what and I was feeding the twins as they looked up at me. Alex and Luna had Hazel eyes with a hint of green to them making them even more gorgeous looking. I really hoped they would get my green eyes or Colbys bright blue eyes like Vee had they were adorable. Once the twins were fed I burped them and cleaned up. "I'm gonna go change their diapers" I said getting up and going in the RV.

    I changed their diapers really quickly then brought out the play pin setting it up and layed a blanket in it then set them in it with a few toys. I sat back down on the log next to their play pin. "Gosh their so cute" I said as I looked at Colby "I know their adorable" Colby said as Vee just ate her s'more with her head layed on Colbys chest watching a movie on his phone. "As much as I love this, I can't wait to be home" I said "same I can't wait to sleep in my own bed and not be stuck in a RV anymore" Colby said as I chuckled and looked at the twins who were making nosies at each other like they were talking.

We sat out their for a probably 3 hours before we went inside laying the twins in their crib and Vee in her toddler bed. Everyone got ready for bed then went to sleep. Me and Colby were the only ones awake still and we were just cuddling watching a movie. About halfway into the movie we both fell asleep in each other's arms. We slept through the whole night the twins didn't wake up at all and Vee didn't either. Me and Colby slept peacefully for the first night in a week.
