Samuel's POV.

I was reading some important documents when Jennifer came and searched something. She even asked me but I said that it will be here only.

She again asked me something I didn't paid much attention as I was so engrossed in my work.

After reading the whole document I looked at her but she wasn't there.

I asked Andrew to call Jennifer.

He said that she isn't here.

I personally went to her desk, cafeteria, parking lot. But she wasn't there either. I even checked her in washroom.

Where are you Jennifer?

I went to my cabin. And tried to remember what she was looking for.

But I can't.

I called Andrew if he knows anything about her. He said that she was looking for her phone.

Yeah I remember!

I asked him if he knows anything about her that where she went. He said that may be forest which is near to the site. As she was looking for her phone and she thought she forgot it there.

Finally I remembered our conversation.

Damn you girl.

I immediately called Eric and told him to manage office in my absence. And Andrew will be there too.

I instantly drive to the forest. I was so tensed .It was 7pm. It was getting dark and will be hard to find her.

I stopped the car to a nearby road and entered the forest. I was so worried about her. With each step my heartbeat was increasing. What if something might happen to her. I can't afford losing her.

I was thinking about every worst possibility. Suddenly I heard a heavy breathing. I turned...

I turned and finally I heaved a sigh of relief. My life was about to fall when I hold her in my arms.

She looked weak and fragile.

"Samuel..." She closed the distance between us embracing me in her arms with all might.

"I was hell worried." I said hugging her back.

"I was scared." She said. We broke the hug,"I am thirsty...need water."

"Come, it's in the car." I said. We took a step and she was unable to walk. I took her in my arms.

"I can walk." She said.

"I can see that." I said sarcastically.

She is so light weighed. I can hold her like this forever.

Soon we reached. I made her sit in the car. I gave her water bottle.

She drank almost half of it and remaining she spilled over herself.

"Still a kid." I said wiping her lips with a tissue.

"Come on let's go home. I'm hungry."

"Okay." I started the car.

"Are you okay." I said when I saw her shivering.

"Yes. I want to go home." She said.

"Hmm." I said and focused on the road.

I saw her shivering so much.

"There must be a blanket on trunk."

"No I'm fine." She said.

"No it's no..." Suddenly the car stopped. I tried but I think there's some problem with the engine.
