Chapter 63

Jennifer's POV.

"You know what Jennifer today I saw a patient. He was having OCD." He said.

"Obsessive compulsive disorder?" I asked him.

"Yeah...do you know about it?"

"No...how would I know ?I only know it's full form...BTW what about it?"

"Actually I didn't met him but I read his file. Later on when I asked the doctor he said that it's a persistent repeatative behaviour and action. It's kinda depression or fear. They've repeatative thoughts and nightmares that they want to harm someone. They always have fear of losing or harming yourself or others. They've unwanted and intrusive sexual thoughts. Infact sexual thoughts are very common in OCD."

"Seriously." I asked in surprised.

"Yes... they're really dangerous for the people around them. They can even force someone under this stress although they don't wanna do this it..."

"It's mind boggling...i can't even imagine that this type of people and disease exist."

"And you know what OCD can't be cured but we can treat it. It's a serious mental illness."

"Yeah it is...I mean...uh... whatever!!! I don't wanna talk about this." I said as I was already worried and I've lot's of work to do beside thinking about this stupid mental illness.

We directly went to office. I went to cafeteria and had some pasta and salad. I went to my desk when I was full. I was really relieved that Ivan is not here. I continued to do my work.

Me and Samuel we were so engrossed in work that weeks passed.

Yes,3 weeks passed. And I was really happy and was at peace. I was really happy. Everything was fine.

Yesterday Travis called me. I told him that I want the things sort between Samuel and him. He was glad but I was really feeling lil nervous. I can't bear Samuel's anger. How would he behave? Will he give Travis a chance?

I was coming home from office. I was really worried. How will I face him? I think I should talk to Samuel some other day.

I was happy for Aaron and Ava. Ava is studying hard and Aaron is going Spain for his internship. I just want to see him settled and happy.

I reached home and went upstairs in my bedroom. The thing I'm suspicious about is why Lev doesn't want the sheriff not to investigate.

I was shocked when Eric said  that Lev refused the sheriff to investigate.

Is he hiding something? I mean I wouldn't have spare the guy who has tried to harm my family.

And he didn't want to investigate. Did he know who's the culprit? Is he saving someone? But why would he save someone who has tried to kill his own brother.

Samuel came and we went downstairs for dinner. These days were so hectic for us. I was really hungry.

We were late today so everyone was done only me and Samuel were remaining.

I served both of us. We started to eat. It was around 10 pm. I heard someone's foot steps. I turned and found mom.

"How was the day?" She asked.
