Jennifer's POV.

We went to church and lit a candle. I closed my eyes and wished for everything to be fine.

We were coming out of the church when Samuel collided with someone.

"What the..." He stopped when he saw him.

"I'm sorry." Robert apologized.

We took a step when he said,"You coming to the church...strange" He said mocking Samuel.

"Samuel..." I didn't wanted him to argue with Robert.

He sighed and ignored him.

We went towards the car and sat there.

We talked normally till we reached home.

I was reading a book. It was kinda boring. Well it doesn't matter as all the things nowadays are boring.

I was feeling like an lazy cat who's not even ready to move an inch.

"Do you wanna go somewhere?" He asked when he saw my bored face.

"Nope..." I said and continued to read.

"Let's go somewhere...!" He said.

"No... I'm busy!" I said focusing on my book.

"We haven't spend time from a long time..." He said disappointedly.

"But we are always with each other..."

"Love... I'm not talking about being with each other. I'm talking about spending some quality time with you." He said and went inside the washroom.

He came out and sat on his study table.

He was reading some file. I was feeling bad for him but I wasn't feeling well. I don't want to go. I was still feeling empty.

Alone.

I kept my book aside. I thought to prepare something and divert my mind.

I made some noodles and keep it on the dining table when the door bell rang.

I opened the door only to find Sophia there.

Why her?

"Hello Jennifer!" She greeted showing her teeth.

"Hello!" I was surprised to see her here.

"I heard about your aborti...I mean miscarriage. Aww Jennifer how are you feeling darling... I'm sure you must be upset..." She barge in before I say something.

She is mad or what?

I didn't replied anything. I didn't want to talk about this. And I don't want to talk to her.

"I'm feeling sorry for you..." She said holding my hand.

"Don't be...I mean I'm fine. It's been a month so..."i said controlling my anger. She was purposely doing this.

"I know but... knowing you...I mean Samuel told me you being too sensitive and emotional." She said rolling her eyes.

Bitchy bitch.

"No I'm fine." I fisted my palm really tight.

"Oh wow noodles!" She said and took a bite.

Damn it was for me.

"Your staff is really talented..." She said eating another bite.

"Well for your information I cook this!" I said snapping.
