"They have been found killed at the end of the street market." The older guard whispered. "Brutally killed."

"But who would dare stir a fight with the Window of Heaven?" The younger guard reasoned, "we are feared by everyone, everywhere. Who would be so brave and dauntless?"

"There is only one person who has this capability." The older guard said and leaned closer to whisper in the other's ear, "the former leader, Zhou Zishu."

"How do you know it's not the beggar who escaped? You've told me he was arrogant and powerful back in the day."

"If the beggar finds Lord Zhou," The older guard shivered, "I have a feeling, that we'll all be doomed, very soon."

"How does the former leader of the Window of Heaven know the beggar?!" The younger guard was surprised. "I don't understand."

"It's a long story kid, you were very young back then," The guard chuckled, "ever since they met, they were inseparable." He clicked his tongue, "I don't know how the beggar ended it up here, they must've met a mishap."

"We did." A voice cut through the conversation, a sword pressing to the old guard's neck, "Open the gate."

"L-Lord Zhou..." The older guard recognized the voice and the sword, "Thank the Heaven's you finally came!"

Zhou Zishu was confused at the man's unexpected cheerful welcoming, "you're thanking me for coming to kill you?"

"A-Xu." Wen Kexing lowered Zhou Zishu's sword with his own fan, "He was the one who helped me escape." He smiled at the man, "I will not forget your favor."

The man focused his gaze on Wen Kexing, the red robes, the neatly tied up white hair, the red eyeliner, the legendary white fan and the sense of familiarity in his eyes. "Wen. Ke. Xing." The man said every syllable clearly, nodding proudly, confirming his identity.

When the man said Wen Kexing's name, Zhou Zishu looked back for one more glance at his beloved, and his Wen Kexing indeed looked majestic, powerful, gorgeous, just like he should be. A breeze flew by and his white hair swayed elegantly away from his face, the red under his eyes and the paleness of his skin, the silvery hair, the ever-smirking lips, all took Zhou Zishu into another wonderful, slightly shameless fantasy, that he almost forgot he had come to kill.

"A-Xu?"

Zhou Zishu fell back to reality and shook his head to sober up from Wen Kexing's love spell, "Why would he help you escape?" Zhou Zishu was skeptical.

"He and his nephew were the only ones who treated me with kindness and respect." Wen Kexing admitted, "Open the gates." He told them.

"All I want is peace and freedom for me and my nephew," The older guard fumbled with the keys until he found the right one and the lock clicked open, "Kill them all!"

Wen Kexing smirked and shot his fan, flying inside, waiting for it to casually come back drenched with blood. "Revenge is sweet." He chuckled proudly, catching his fan which now dripped in blood, "No more guards outside." He said to A-Xu, "let's go."

"I have indeed missed you, Ghost Valley Master." Zhou Zishu smiled and stormed in, with his sword ready to slay.

"A-Xu, leave the right wing for me," He chased after him, "They're whom I've been craving to kill for years."

"Kill whoever you want." Zhou Zishu leisurely traced his fingers over the sword, "I'll only clean after you."

Wen Kexing laughed, "you never spoiled me like that before."
