The third part

Mission

It's been about three months since Spencer had joined the team and today was the first mission outside of the us. This would be the first mission Bucky and I would actually be going on with her and I was quite exited to see what this girl was actually capable of . She had been on her fair share of missions since she joined but we hadn't been placed to work together her since we rarely needed the whole team. She would usually go with only Nat and Clint but this mission needed a bigger team, so Tony, Bucky and myself had also been asked to join the trio.

I look over at Spencer who was sitting next to Clint in the jet as we were on our way to the location of the mission. This was only a mission to gather information, taking down everyone we met that works for Hydra and blow up the base. Simple enough I would say.

When we arrive I hear Clint laugh as Spencer said.

-I mean this feels like old times. I really hope we don't have to repeat Italy

-What happened in Italy? Tony asks.

-Oh not worth talking about that, Clint laugh. I grab my shield as the others grab their weapons. I watch as Spencer strap her guns and knifes down. We all leave the jet, Spencer walking next to Clint. She had a tight suit, similar to Nats but a bit more complex with more straps to attach more weapons. We had not really talked about a plan of attack so I decided to speak up.

-We should discusses a plan before we go, Bucky nods in agreement. Nat, Clint and Spencer share a look before a slight nod comes from Clint, then Nat says

-Just follow our lead, and with that Clint and Spencer ran off. They ran to the side and out of sight. I share a confused look with Bucky and Tony before Nat motions for us to follow her.

-You in place? Nat asks into the coms and I hear Clint respond with a short yes. I scan the aria and suddenly I see Spencer already up on the roof of one of the buildings to the side. She reaches out her hand and Clint appears next to her. I look over at Bucky and see him looking at the same place I was just seconds before. Nat gets our attention and we keep on moving towards the base in front of us. I see two Hydra agents and I grab my shield, ready to throw it only to be stopped by Nat. I see Spencer take aim and shoot, taking down both of them before a few more shots are fired and I watch three guards drop from the top of the building.

I see Nat start running towards the now open door and suddenly I see Spencer running next to her. Nat and Spencer run in first, taking down the guards on the inside in the moment we enter the last one drops to the floor. Spencer wipes the blood of her face before taking off, moving like she had been in this base a million times before. I watch from a distance as she takes down guard after guard before reaching the room where the USB we needed was. I jump down and follow her into the room. It was quite, too quite. I watch as spencer move over to the computer in front of us before typing faster then I had ever seen someone do. I hear a sound behind us and snap around I go to throw my shield only to see the guard fall and a knife in his chest. I turn back to Spencer who grab the USB out of the computer before walking over to one of the lockers on the side, picking the lock before taking out some documents.

-You got everything? I ask as she puts the documents inside her suit. She gives me a quick nod before moving towards the door, grabbing her knife from the guard on her way out. I felt a slight shiver go down my spine as I hear a slight sound come from the way she pulled out the knife. She didn't even seem to flinch. I follow her out only to be met by seven guards. We fight them off only to see more coming. I look up and see that I could easily jump up to the next layer, but Spenc was a different story. I look at her as she sends another shot directly into one of the guards heads. She turns to me before running closer to the side so she is right under the lip to the layer above us.
