chapter 8

The next day Asta had woken up in his apartment feeling like relaxed, he got off his bed and went into the kitchen and made himself some cereal and sat on his couch watching some Netflix while eating cereal, as Asta was enjoying his morning his phone suddenly started ringing

Asta:great now what? [picks up] what is?

{Magna}:yo Asta it's Magna

Asta:I know it's you, why'd you call?

{Magna}:well uh the boss wanted to see you

Asta:wait he's there

{Magna}:yeah he arrived about an hour ago and now he's asking for you to come here because he wanted to talk to you about something

Asta:[sighs] fine I'll be there in an hour or so 

Asta hangs up and finishes eating his cereal, Asta takes a shower and gets dressed getting ready to head out, Asta went outside his apartment and walked towards his motorcycle and drove off, after an hour he made it to the blacks bulls secret location, when Asta walked in he saw Magna running towards him in a panic

Asta:woah Magna what's wrong?

Magna:i don't know why but the boss looks pissed

Asta:does he now?

Magna:yeah, I don't know what you did but I'm praying for you

Asta:[sighs] we'll wish me luck

Asta walks into the office and gets a spine chilling glare from the man that adopted him and his boss Yami Sukehiro

Asta:yo what's up old man

Yami:[in a serious tone] sit down

Asta:so why'd you call me in here? Is something wrong?

Yami doesn't say a word he just pulls out a an envelope and throws it infront of Asta

Asta:whats this?

Yami:open it and find out

Asta was nervous as to what what in the envelope but he pushed his fear aside and opens it, Asta sees that there are photos in there and when he looks at them his face loses it color, the photo was of Asta and Noelle from last night

Asta:wh-where did you get these?

Yami:I have my way, oh there on other thing

Yami slams down a paper on the table to reveal Noelle's information, Asta stared at them with a nervous look with a drop of sweat rolling down his forehead

Asta:why do you have those

Yami:I wanted to know who it was that you were meeting last night and what I found out is she's a new  recruit to the Silver Eagle department and an old friend of yours

Asta:did you really have to go all this?

Yami:we can't be to sure for all we know there could use you to get to us

Asta:look I didn't want to meet up with her but after yuno told me how devastated she was when i left I though it'd be best if I told her

Yami:what did you tell her?

Asta:I told her about my past and childhood, but I didn't reveal anything about you or the others i swear

Yami glared at Asta which made him shiver

Yami:do you plan on seeing her again?

Asta:I...i don't know she was my best friend back in hight school and seeing her again made me happy but-

Yami:it was a yes or no question, do you plan on seeing her again or not

Asta:n-no

Yami sits on his chair and starts to smoke

Yami:good now get going you and Magna have a delivery to make, here the address and the package is already loaded in the van

Asta gets up and walks out of yamis office, yami takes out a photo from his desk drawer and turns around to face a window

Yami:(bestfriend huh? Hm I had a bestfriends once..and she was beautiful)

Asta walks out and sees Magna at a table drinking beer so he walks over

Asta:isn't it a bit to early to be drinking

Magna:it's never to early to do anything [takes a sip] so what happened did you do something wrong?

Asta:eh some thing like that but don't worry about it, it's all good now,

Magna:I thought you were going to die for a second

Asta:[chuckles] yeah me too, anyways the old man wants to make a delivery to this address, package is already loaded in the van

Magna:well then what are we waiting for let's go

Asta:you sure you can drive?

Magna:yeah it's just one beer in good

When Magna gets up he knocks over three bottles of beer that were on the floor

Magna:ok fine this is my fourth bottle but I'm still good to drive

Asta:fuck no give me the keys I'm driving

Magna:ugh, fine here

Magna throws Asta the keys and they get in van amd they drive off

Asta:by the way I noticed you were the only one there where'd every go?

Magna:well Zora and luck were there earlier but yami sent them to pick some stuff up yami sent Vannesa to try and seduce a client but everyone else in not sure about

Asta:and what about you, how come you were there alone?

Magna:I had nothing better to do plus there was beer

Asta:you dam alcoholic

Magna:don't act like you don't drink either

Asta:not as much as you

Magna:well if I'm an alcoholic then your a sex addict

Asta:I'm not a sex addict

Magan:yeah you are, everytime we go out for drinks you somehow manage to pick up multiple women at once, one night you took home 10 at once

Asta:really I don't remember that

Magan:you were wasted that night, should have seen how jealous Finral was when you easily picked up one of the girls he tried to hard to get

Asta:oh that explains why he came running up to me the next day asking me to show him my ways

Magan:you know you're considered a man whore

Asta:don't tell me I'm the male Vannesa

Magan laughs buy Asta starts thinking

Asta:(have I really had that much sex? I wonder if Noelle's had sex yet, what am I thinking that's none of my business so I shouldn't care)

Asta was deep in his thought but they were cut short when Magna snapped him out of his thoughts

Magna:by the way which district is this delivery too anyways?

Asta checks the address

Asta:says here in the blue rose district

Magna:and how far is that?

Asta:bout two hours

Magna:man this is going to be a long ride the pay batter be worth it
