'A week has passed and it's not being particularly fun or interesting. Noah choked on the dinner that I cooked the other night when the guys were over. The guy's new friend Artie I feel isn't particularly a fan or interested in being friends with me, he's made no effort to make conversation with me and anytime we're left alone he excuses himself and leaves. The essay for Stanford is half completed but I still think it's dreadful, even after making Noah read and re-read it six times. But that pretty much summarises my past week.' I finish writing, placing my pencil in between the pages and closing the cover of the journal, pushing it to the back of my desk.

For the past three months, I've started writing these short reflections of my day, or week. It feels kinda pointless everyday to be the same over and over. Nothing special or exciting about it as there's nothing special or exciting about me. My life. However the doctor advised it, so here I am.

I sigh out of boredom, as I look up at the pure white ceiling. A soft knock on my bedroom door brings me back to attention. "Come in?" I reply, Harvey's body appears from behind the door as he opens it.

"Hey, are you going to be okay by yourself?" Harvey asks as he leans on the doorframe of the door.

"Yeah of course, I'll be fine. Where are you guys going?" I asked curious, i still haven't been told where or what they were doing, just simply 'We have organised a day away this weekend' like not even Noah would tell me and normally he would tell me everything. Heck normally he would be the one trying to invite me.

"Just Noah, Jensen and I planned a weekend away, what's wrong with that?" Harvey replies, the same reply from when I asked numerous times before.

"Nothing, just wondering geez" I say jokingly, throwing my arms up in defence.

Harvey just softly laughed. "So what are you going to do with the rest of the weekend?" he asked, whether he was genuinely curious or trying to change the topic.

"Not sure yet, I might go to that carnival you guys went to on Monday. See if Olive wants to come with me, was it any good?" I replied. I hadn't seen Olive outside of school in over a week, and whenever we did have classes together she was either taking notes or smiling at her phone.

"Yeah we enjoyed it. Noah wants to go again, if it's still on tomorrow when we get back. But no that sounds pretty good, finally get you out of your room, you've been living in there like a little hermit crab" He laughed at me.

"It's not my fault, i'm just trying to get into one of my dream schools' ' i cooed down the hallway as Harv started walking out my room and down the hallway.

I hastily ran down the hallway following him, enjoying the company he had given me. "Noah should be here any moment" Harvey told me while picking up his backpack and duffle bag from the kitchen floor heading out the front door to wait on the porch.

Not even a moment later, Noah's beloved Volkswagon Aamorok pulls up in front of the house. Noah smiles when he sees me, he beeps the horn a few times to make sure I was looking, before frantically waving and climbing out the car. I just shake my head laughing at him as he comes over.

"You're pretty childish you know" I smiled at him.

"Yeah a little, but you love the attention I bring you" he admits, grabbing one of Harvey's bags from the porch and throwing it in the tray of the car.

"I'll be back i forgot something" Harvey shouts running back inside.

"Sooo, where are you going?" I ask, giving it another shot.

"Nunya" He says.

"What?"

"As in nun ya business" Noah laughs, playfully patting my shoulder.
