*A very first Rough Painting of the story ^^^^^, I thought it was well done so I wanted to share it in the first episode of our story! :)*

Episode 1 - Where It All Started

It was supposed to just be another typical, lame, boring day walking home with my best friend.

Rebeca Hanson was her name, she had long black hair with bangs that were down to her eyebrows, wearing the same school uniform as me. She was a cute, shy type of girl, quiet and reserved but very positive about life.

I can still recall the time when she offered her hand and told me "Let's be friends" and ever since then we were always together. We promised we would get through it all together.

"-And I told father 'What do you mean you forgot mom's birthday? Dad! How could you forget your own wife's birthday!?' and he just looked at me and said, 'Well a man can't remember everything.' Honestly, mom is going to drop kick him off the face of the earth one day! How are things with your parents by the way?"

I wasn't exactly paying attention as we were walking down the street, I always end up zoning out staring up into the blue sky. I really wish I had paid more attention to her, but I can't help it! I just like the way the sky looks.

"Aya?"

...

"Hello, earth to Aya?"

.....

"AYA NAIMAE!" She yells that as she stomps cutely in front of me with puffed-up cheeks, which brings me to stop to stare at her. Tilting my head to the side while looking at her I reply "Yeah what's up?" I see Rebeca's eyebrow raise, with a question

"Honestly, were you even listening?"

I just stare at her putting my hands in my pocket and kind of look away.

"I see so you're just gonna ignore me huh?" She says with a pout. I take my left hand out of my pocket to brush a long strand of red hair to the side. Forced habit, I couldn't help it.

Rebeca walks closer to me. "You know you always brush your hair to the side whenever you get nervous."

I look back at her then looked down and noticed her shoe was untied, oh man what a stroke of luck a perfect way to change the topic.

"Did you know? Your shoelace is untied?"

Her eyes widen and she looks down, and immediately her cheeks blush red as she quickly gets on one knee to fix the issue. I chuckle as she does and rub the back of my head, feeling the shorter red hair adorning it, which got me thinking of the new hair style I did for myself. It keeps reminding me of the one day I came up to school with it. Some of the kids either stared or laughed, a few made fun of it out right. But it's not like I care, I honestly feel like it brings out the rebellious phase I can feel growing inside me.

"You know it somehow fits you." I turned to face Rebeca seeing her stare up at me with a serious face as she said it. I raised my eyebrow then closed my eyes and walked past her

"It's whatever, not like I really care." I say with a shrug as I put my hands back into my pockets and keep walking, listening carefully to when this airhead was gonna catch up. I made sure to walk a little slower.

"Hey don't leave me behind! And you're supposed to be my best friend?!" I heard Rebeca say in a whiney voice along with the sound of her footsteps quickening on the pavement, but then I heard something else...

A pulsing feeling, like the sound of a heart beating so fast it was going to explode out of your chest! I stopped to hear more carefully, Rebeca runs into me nose first and I hear her whining in pain.
