I woke up and the light was shining through the curtains i opened my eyes and squinted at the brightness and i put my arm over my eyes to block it. I yawned and stretched my arms i got up and i just sat there for a while once i was ready to get up i got up from my bed and made my way to the bathroom and i started to do my morning routine.
I didn't have Uni today so i went to work instead so i got my work clothes on and ate my breakfast and i went to the cafe that i work at this place was a lifesaver for me when i started Uni this was the only job that i could get at the time and it paid pretty well so i applied for it. I also saved that money that i was getting for working so i could pay my University tuition.
I arrived at the cafe and i went inside i saw my boss and i greeted her and she went in the back i went to the counter and started to get my station ready. Not long after that my coworker Raven came in she is my good good friend. We were kind of like opposites but we still got along really well.

"Well since you don't know this Ebs we have some crazy big order that we have to prepare for someone so we're going to work together for this okay" She said my eyes widened "Oh really let's get to work then" i said and we started making the order it's going to be a longg day today why the hell is someone ordering something this huge do they think i have 100 arms?
So me and Raven finished making the cake and along with batches of cupcakes they looked so nice so we both packaged them and put them on the counter Raven told me that she had to go somewhere so i now have to give the order away so i sat down and went on my phone and waited for the person to come and collect the order.
The door dinged as a sign for someone entering the shop. I come off my phone and look up to see who it is and it's a tall man with dark curly hair and hazel eyes he was gorgeous "Hello I'm here for order 23" he said i stood up "Oh yes that's you hang on a second let me just tick off your order on the computer" i said i did that and pointed to his order "Here it is" i said "Thank you" he said the order was large so i asked him "Do you want me to help you carry it to the car? it is a lot of cakes", "Oh sure that would be great thank you" he said he took the cale in the box and i took the batch of cupcakes and he led me to his car.
We went outside and went to his car some guy got out the car i looked at him and instantly remembered who it was the guy i saw at the club the other day he saw me "Oh hello there darling nice to see you again" he said smiling he walked over to me and took the cupcakes from my hands and put them in the boot of the car. "Do you work here?" He asked looking around "Yeah i work in that cafe over there" i said pointing to it he nodded his head "I never got your name sweetheart" he said "Oh it's Ebony and you?", "I'm Isaiah" he said smiling Isaiah i think to myself what a nice name "Well Isaiah it's nice seeing you again but i have to go back now" i said waving at him "Oh okay I'll see you around okay Ebony" he said waving back.
